I was a painting contractor for many years and was known throughout the area for my integrity, reasonableness and for my attention to detail. I have experience renovating homes as well as experience performing maintenance on rental properties. This experience, along with my training through AHIT and InterNACHI schools qualifies me to perform Home Inspections.

Mike was professional and exacting throughout the entire inspection process. He took his time and was thorough, ensuring that nothing slipped through the cracks. Mike Green Home Inspections are great. My husband Arnold Pride called them from Portland Oregon because we needed an Honest Home Inspector to do a rental inspection on our home. I called Evergreen Home Inspections and left a message to receive a call back. I received a call the same day. We scheduled an appointment and they arrived on time. This is a husband and wife team and they did a thorough inspection inside and out. They were both very pleasant and I had my report by late the same evening with pictures, explanations and recommendations as to whether or not to have a professional take care of the problem or if it was something I could take care of myself. Mr. Green and his wife were both fantastic. They got to the inspection early, took lots of pictures, answered all of my and my wife's questions, and told us about what they had found as they were finding it. Then, by the end of the day, they sent us a 56-page PDF complete with table of contents and pictures detailing everything they had found. Plus, he had a price that can't be beat. I highly, highly recommend his work!

The Evergreen home inspections team was very thorough and inspected many items of the home I would have never thought to look at. I attended the inspection and they worked with me and told me all issues with the property and even looked more closely at some additional concern areas I had about the property. The also provided a very detailed report with photographs and explanations of all findings. Would definitely recommend and will use them again if they are available.

Called Evergreen Home Inspections on Black Friday to see if they could do a real estate purchase inspection the following week. Fortunately, they were able to fit me in Tuesday morning. Quick, thorough, lots of photos and plain talk explanations of what was done and what was found including the implications of the findings, suggestions for resolving the issue as well as helpful information links for those areas in need of maintenance or repair.
