PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. They did a horrible job for my home, missed MANY things that should have been noted, such as non-functioning toilets, non-functioning baseboard heaters, insulation laid over electrical wiring (which is against code we later came to find), leaking plumbing.. the list goes on. The inspection itself was more of an inventory of items in the home rather than a qualified professional inspection. This was one of the largest mistakes I have ever made and likely will cost me THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs that we were not aware of until after the

We hired the A-Team to inspect the house we were in the process of buying because Stefan's website showed he had actual construction experience and wasn't afraid to get into those hard to reach spots where big trouble can hide. He arrived on time and immediately set to work. In spite of the fact our house has no crawl space and only a small attic, he spent a full 4 hours going over everything, inside and out. Stefan and his team were prompt, friendly and thorough! He walked me through my new home and noted positives as well as potential problems, pointing out potential level of urgency for repair because some things were just minor but he wanted to ensure I knew about them. Stefan also mentioned things that I could report to my HOA for repair. His price was reasonable and he provided a report within 48 hours. I was able to request that the seller repaired or replaced certain items and they were all accepted which showed me that they must have been reasonable as well as relevant! Now I feel secure moving

Stefan inspected our daughter's house. It was new construction and he was able to identify additional punch list items that we would never have discovered such as construction debris on the roof and in the duct work. He also identified other issues that we would have discovered later when it would have been quite inconvenient for us. He was courteous and provided a complete report with photos. We would certainly work with him again.

Stefan came recommended by my realtor, and I'm always skeptical of taking a referral from a party that has interest in closing a deal, but he was great. I came from work to meet him, and we got to go through the whole house together, and talking with him was great to get all the inside information (rather than just relying on the report). The report was good too, and is great for future reference. Overall, he was thorough, friendly, knowledgable and straight-shooting. I recommend.

My wife and I are first time home buyers and had an identical experience as Tomas did in his review below.
