Our inspectors perform a visual examination of the physical structure and systems of the house, from the roof to the foundation. On average, a single-family home inspection usually takes 2-4 hours to complete, though this is heavily dependent on the of the size and condition of the home.
After the inspection process, the inspector will send you an inspection report (within 24 hours) that covers his findings, complete with pictures and videos, analysis and recommendations.

Had a fantastic experience with Michael. I bought a home in another state and could not be there to look at the house myself. So I was counting on my inspector to do a very thorough job with attention to detail and noting down every single thing major or minor.
Michael was prompt in responding to my request, gave me a time slot that worked great for my timeline, showed up on time, did an absolutely thorough job. He promptly called me up to highlight the major things he noticed as he was driving back so I was not in dark until he prepared and handed the report.

After looking at various other inspection companies, MCC stood out for their positive reviews. I scheduled my appointment with MCC and got a call later that day from Michael to confirm the appointment. When Michael showed up the day of the appointment he was very professional and thorough. He jumped up in to the attic space and crawl space. He took pictures of everything he found and made sure we knew about all the "red" issues that we needed to take care of ASAP. Michael was here for about 4 to 5 hours performing the inspection which I was very satisfied with. Thanks Michael!

Michael was not only incredibly friendly and efficient, but he was also very thorough and knowledgeable in his work! Michael, the owner and inspector, is professional and on time. I walked through most of the home inspection with him and he did a good job of inspecting and explaining the different aspects of the inspection. He moved quickly and addressed any concerns and questions I had. He sends the report next business day and is even available on weekends. He also had the best price out of the 5 or so home inspection websites I investigated. I'd highly recommend him!
