Then compare your property to similar homes publicly available and against our database of rented properties. Our extensive screening process reviews tenant finances, credit history (not just score!), evictions, bankruptcies, foreclosures, and criminal record.

Horrible customer service. They do not clean or fix up any of the properties they manage. You will move in at “as in” condition, so however the previous tenant left it, is how you’ll get it. Don’t bother submitting a maintenance ticket. I did the week I moved in for a broken window and it never got fixed. So glad to be out of that dirty over priced place.

I had 1st Rental manage my rental property. Horrible experience, they never did a yearly inspection once my home was rented out. I trusted 1st Rate with my property. Leaving my property in there hands. I left my property immaculate and still ask it need to be more immaculate. After 3 years, of managing my property, I was getting ready to move back in. I requested a walk in to my property. The property was destroyed by the tenants. They had not done a physical inspection in 3 years. Now you can just imagine the property condition. 1st rate gave excuses on everything, they didn't care at all

I have nothing but good things to say about First Rate Rentals. I rented from them for two years. The maintenance issues I encountered were handled promptly and efficiently. I have lived at two different 1st rate rentals properties for 6 years now. The staff has always been very nice and quick to resolve any concerns I’ve had. Their website is really easy to navigate, and I love being able to pay my rent or request repairs online. Michael has done every annual home inspection and he has always been very professional and insightful. If you like living in a well maintained home I would really recommend renting a property from first rate rentals.

I would like to thank First Rate Rentals for the great experience. I would also like to thank Edward P for going above and beyond... from helping us with home tours prior to beginning our lease, to doing our walk through when our lease ended. He is amazing and has exceptional customer service skills. A big plus from my personal experience with this company is that we returned the home in excellent condition and we received our full deposit in return with no issues. I highly recommend these guys!

Please, all prospective landlords and tenants, read how Ana, the manager at 1st Rate Rentals, has responded to my review of their services. Those of us that have described our negative experiences have nothing to gain. We are trying to protect you from these offenders. I had to sell my house because I couldn't live there any longer, it was destroyed. I spent thousands of dollars putting it back together but it never again felt like my home. First off I'd like to see the month-to-month lease that me or Monica ever signed when we first started with you it was for a year lease of the property then I got sent a second lease which I signed and I have ... check your records it was sent to me the owner has seen it also... we've been here 3 years so technically my third year lease ain't up until November which I will be taking to the housing department in Riverside and your demands are outrageous nowhere anywhere do you keep utilities such as electricity water gas and everything on while your vacated you expect me to leave

I inquired about two homes for rent, each time I attempted to ask questions or get information on the rental process I was responded to as if my inquiries were an annoyance. I was called and informed that one of the homes I was interested in was having a showing at 12:15 on Saturday. As it was explained to me, all applications are reviewed in a " first come, first serve" basis in order to be " fair".

I must admit. The level of professionalism provided by the lady's at first rate was exceptional, especially in this day in age.
From beggining to end , from the point I walked in the door to the point I signed my lease on a beautiful home.
1st rate exceeded my expectations.
