We solicit tenants numerous ways including, extensive online advertising & our large post signs. Tenant Verification: We run a triple credit check, including an unlawful detainer (eviction) check, looking for evictions not yet on the standard Credit Reports. Repairs: We use the expertise of our repairmen to alert us if the repair was caused by tenant neglect.
At iehouses Property Management we do not have set qualifications for moving into one of our homes. What we would like to see is verifiable gross income at least 3 times the amount of the monthly rent and a good present/previous landlord rating. However, we are flexible and want to work with you to get you into one of our rentals.

David R. Daniel the owner of iehouses has had disciplinary issues with the Department of Real Estate due to fraud and incompetency. His license was suspended at one point (2013), but currently revoked and restricted(2017).

You think only 2 of us applied?! 🤣 I was approved for a 350k house loan when I gave up and started applying for rentals due to housing frustrations. I hope all your prospective tenants and landlords take note of your "professional" response

Worst Property management compay ive ever dealt with! Tgey want to evict us on the 5 th day after the first of the month. Never gave us a warning and paper said final warning. We've been without a heater in our house and by law and under their contract we have to have a working heater. My kids have not got any better with the flu and cold. On top of that the tenants before us pwed every utility company so that made it difficult for us to connect it under our name. The gas company did not come and turn service until after a month of moving in. As company rules I recall them saying that no one should
