It's our first experience with Anchor and Melody called and was so sweet and explained everything to us! She has a great disposition and truly cared to make sure I understood everything. I love this pharmacy! They do home delivery so I don't have to go pick up my medication. Around the time that I needed a refill they contacted me to check up on me before I had to contact them!

If you have heard of this pharmacy for the first time or come to this pharmacy, I want to tell you what I feel here, when I came to this city for the first time, everything is strange and new to me, when my family doctor I wrote my prescription to this pharmacy. I can’t talk to the pharmacist in the local language normally, but what surprised me was that the pharmacy felt my confusion. I invited a pharmacist who can communicate with me in Chinese. , I immediately eliminated the obstacles. The pharmacist explained to me the medication matters and the issues that need attention very patiently.

With Insurance my regular Pharmacy was charging $573.00, because I hadn't met my out of pocket expense, but met my yearly deductible. Lol.

Anchor Plus Pharmacy is amazing for anyone that wants their medication delivered or needs more “one on one” with their pharmacist. Due to the pandemic, this was a godsend for me since I usually handle my parent’s medication as a precautionary. My family has had nothing but good experiences with Anchor Plus and their sister location, Anchor Pharmacy in Decatur, Georgia.

"Anchor Plus" is very helpful. I ran into an insurance problem last week, when I was calling their branch at Duluth (Georgia) for prescription filling. Their assistants kindly offered a good solution and quickly resolved the problem. They are very friendly, skillful, and knowledgeable. I feel that they care and understand their customers. Besides, they provide multi-language services facing a wider range of customers.

I do not recommend this pharmacy. My first prescription had a co-pay of $10.00, they were going to charge my debt card and mail my prescription. They drained my entire checking account. It took 6 days to get all my money back!. They just called today and said that they would not send me my monthly prescription without charging me first. THEY WANTED ME TO GIVE THEM MY BANK INFORMATION AGAIN! Do not use this pharmacy, it is not worth the headache.

Two months in a row I’ve had them not send out my pills at all. I’ve just recently had the script sent there. I called today to see where my prescription was. They never sent it. She said it was in the wrong queue without even leaving the phone. I wanted to know why they keep saying they are refilling but just don’t. Now it’s a 4 day holiday weekend and I’m out. And I’m DONE!!!
