Incompetent pharmacist. This pharmacist doesn't know how to read a prescription, or possibly can't count. It's difficult to say what the issue is. It seems simple enough to follow directions, but not here. After refusing to fill my prescription as written, giving me a hard time, having my doctor fax in to clarify and attempt to solve the ineptitude, still refuse to fill as written with no justification (not insurance, not anything logical, this is not a controlled substance), claiming he would fill the rest "later" when I was out, we are at "later" and here I am, still without my full prescription

I have been coming here for a couple years now to pick up a medication almost every month. Since day one I have had such a pleasant interaction with the employees, but mainly BJ . He always has a positive attitude and is always willing to assist me with my concerns and needs. He has my medicine ready on time every time and is flexible with when you can come pick it up. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes, I'm in and out quickly.

I am elated to give DPharm a positive review! I called to see if they had a walker with wheels plus a seat for my senior citizen father. They did not have one in stalk. Alisha however, told me that she could order one. She did so and called me the very next day to tell me that it was ready and assembled for us to pick up at a reasonable price.

I was referred by a friend who needs to use a compounding pharmacy, and I'm so glad that she did! EXCELLENT customer service! I'm not just a random script like at a chain pharmacy. They know my name, my doctor, and let me know if there will be any issues with my insurance coverage, regardless if the prescription is compounded or not. They also have a wide selection of OTC meds and products, so it's a convenient 1-stop shop. Thank you!
