We live in a new construction home and we were nearing the end of our one year builder warranty period and a neighbor recommended getting a home inspection done, so that any issues can be referred to the builder to fix. She also recommended Frank for the home inspection and I'm very happy to have followed her suggestion.
When you hire Olsen Home Inspections, you will be receiving one of the most comprehensive home inspection reports in the industry. Your report will be generated using the latest home inspection software. Concerns within the report have photos attached with captions describing what you see, and just to be sure that the photo is understood, we'll even ad arrows or circles within the photo to highlight the concern.
Our pricing at Olsen Home Inspections is competitive with other full-time Seattle area home inspectors. A normal home inspection includes an assessment and review of: all the exterior features of your home including outside walls, the roof, decks, chimneys and drainage conditions; he will also look at interior items, such as the condition of windows, doors, plumbing fixtures and electrical outlets and switches, as well as your heating and cooling systems.

Frank did a great job on the inspection of our new home. He took care to make sure I understood each issue. I was pleasantly surprised when Frank arrived slightly before the schedule time. He explained throughly what he would inspect and what he’s not allowed to inspect. Frank welcomed me following him around during the inspection and answered all my questions completely.
During the inspection Frank even checked the small stuff, noticing cracks in the tile, screw missing in outside faucet, and a vent that was dusty. He also went up into the attic discovering some thin insulation and that furnace
