Services
An full inspection takes about three to three and a half hours to perform. After the inspection is complete, a verbal summary of the inspection findings is presented to the client. A written report with pictures is then produced with-in 24 hours. Clients are encouraged to accompany the inspector through-out the entire inspection to fully understand the conditions of the house.
Brad is an honest, detail-orientated, and knowledgeable inspector. We were referred to Brad by our broker and have asked him to pre-inspect multiple Seattle homes. Each time he has walked us through the homes, explained clearly what he has observed every step of the way, and addressed all of our questions thoroughly.
The home inspector's report will review the condition of the home's heating system, interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic, and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement, crawl space, and the visible structure. A home inspection is a visual examination of the structure and systems of a home, from the roof to the foundation.

Brad was exceptionally thorough, explained what he was doing, clarified what the standards and expectations are and provided information regarding possible remedies.
His conclusions were very valuable as I prepared to list my home for sale. I felt well prepared in that I wasn’t concerned about any ugly surprises. And had a plan for how to proceed.
