I’d like to give a huge shout out to Brieanna Salbacka for her quick response concerning a water leak on my townhome roof in Kittredge Crossings in Otsego. Even though it was 10PM on a Saturday night when I noticed water leaking into my sunroom through my ceiling fan, she called me back within 10 minutes of my voicemail message to her. Brieanna is wonderful to work with and gets the job done by contacting the right people to attend to the problem. I didn’t have to do a think as she set everything up for me. Sterling Realty and Management is a breath of fresh air in the HOA Management industry. I've had several large management firms over the years. Most are very impersonal just plain difficult to work with. The people at Sterling are easy to communicate with and you can tell they really care about their members.
