Todd and Dan at Custom Cycle Rescue were timely, kind, and extremely thorough. They understood the gravity of the situation with my bike and were prompt in finding a solution. Also, they were super courteous to my neighbors / people passing by on the street. While no one would ever want to have to be in the position to have their bike towed, I would hands down go back to Custom Cycle Rescue to take care of my motorcycle.

I had to get my VTX1300 towed in to dealer and i didn’t want to put on a flatbed tow truck. Friend of mine recommended Custom Cycle Rescue and turned out to be a great recommendation. I talked to Todd and great person and professional and set up date and time. Dealer calls me to change my appointment to next day and Todd accommodated me for the tow. Everything went perfect on the tow, called me before arrival on approx. time, loaded the bike and off it went. They had the equipment to do a motorcycle tow and I felt more secured than a tow flatbed. Great job and will use again.

I was referred to this company today as my bike went down on 90W. Todd showed up easily in less than 45 mins. He was highly professional, friendly and overall a great guy. Took my bike and I safely to our destination and made sure I was reassured that everything will be all right. Thank you again, this is my go to company for all my towing needs from now on!
