Absolutely amazing healing session. Crystle is an incredible healer who utilized sound healing, essential oils, guided meditations, breathwork, message, and reiki healing. I felt very safe, very at peace, and very relaxed. I had a couple of emotional releases which was nice. I will definitely be coming back for more and would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of some deep holistic healing or just relaxation in general. Thank you so much Crystle.

Ive been going to Crystle at Prism Body Work now for several months. I get a 2hr massage every 3-4 weeks. I’ve been getting therapeutic massage for many years and Crystle is deFinitely one of the very best. Recently I strained my neck and had sharp pain from my neck to my shoulder. After a couple of PT visits I told Crystle what was happening with my neck. She proceeded to go deep into my neck and shoulder and I’m very happy with the result. The pain is very nearly gone. Crystle is highly skilled and has an intuitive and caring approach to providing wonderful bodywork in a zen like studio.

I love deep tissue work, but I don’t love feeling like I’ve been beaten up or pushing my body past it’s limits. Which is why I hesitate to get a deep tissue massage from other people, but not from Crystal. Crystal is just so so so so so good, pretty sure I caught myself drooling. She makes deep tissue feel like heaven and listened to my body. She was able to open up my hips and actually break up some of the tension in my shoulders. I love that worked both sides and every limb on my body, not just my back. Every technique she used was firm and effective and every single minute she was working

This was such an amazing and well needed day of pampering! I choose a Thai massage with essential oils. Crystle was amazing as she walked me through what she was going to be doing, she was gentle with my back(injury) the whole time and made me feel so comfortable. As someone who needs therapeutic massages regularly this was a nice change of pace and one of the best experiences with a massage that I've ever had!
