They are forcing me and my six-year-old out of our home due to a argument I had with their property manager Claudia who is the rudest most disregarding individual I’ve ever met in my life. These people are heartless and very evil they do not care about anyone but themselves they are not rational nor reasonable and have treated me and my son like trash. I am dealing with Covid they still are requesting me to get out of their house although my lease isn’t up until June 2022. They do not care about the well-being of me or my child although their property manager is the ROOT of the issue she was

Where can I begin? If there was an award for THE WORST property management company in the world, that award will go to this company year after year. Extremely unprofessional and rude people to say the least. If you ever put in a maintenance request online, oh boy, good luck getting it resolved in 8 months.
Your maintenance order will not be completed not only in your lifetime but not until your great grandchildren have lived their lives and have died.
When you keep calling them to follow up on an urgent maintenance request after waiting for a couple of weeks, they don’t answer their phones

Don’t be fooled by the fake reviews. I know companies have to make money; however to evict someone with a newborn, I.e 12 days old. They will take payments in the drop box. They will disappear; someone there is taking it and cashing it on the side,( Claudia). Just be careful working with this company, haven’t dealt with them nor will I ever. Just remember read Claudia is the BEST. You have to know that is fact. Claudia eat lead. READ all the posts, there are so many fake ones.

Maxim Realty Group has been nothing but amazing. The first moment I spoke to a representative on the phone in regards to their process for renting their property was very friendly and professional. At the house showing we had the wonderful opportunity to meet Claudia. Claudia was not only very informative, but made our whole experience very pleasant and easy. Great Staff ! They took the time to show me availabilities in my price range and gave me a chance know my criminal background. Promptly response to our Maintenance request. I hand deliver my rent just to say Hi. I work in the community and have seen them give people a chance to catch up when they fall behind. They work with the resources in the community to help there people. I am always recommending them to people.

Dishonest and rude property manager that manages the Plattsmouth apartments. I cleaned my own apartment when I moved in. They never compensated me for it even with pictures and reciept as proof. She also manages the maintenance requests website and she will change something to completed even if it isn't. Ive rarely recieved calls or updates from her. She called me recently and left me a voicemail. It was to tell me I "didn't have to put a work order in EVERY day" and other updates. I only put 3 of the same (within like a 3 month span) because she kept changing status to complete without notifying

I've been renting a house from Maxim for 6 years and plan to renew my lease for another year. Rent is reasonable. Any issues or repairs with the house have been dealt with in a timely manner and by professionals. I've have no complaints about staff, they have always been helpful. I like the ease of paying rent online and submitting work requests, although there is no place to add comments to existing requests. Overall, my experience has been awesome.
