I love working with Nebraska Lifestyles, especially Jake. i sold my home and wanted a new start. I wanted to give my children a better atmosphere and a better home. Jake met me the same day I called, he did paperwork with me there was no long wait. he called when we got approved and they allowed us to move in. we had a bad experience with other property Management Teams but not with this one. Jake has been amazing in helping find a new home for my family to live. He is a fantastic problem solver, he is reliable and trustworthy, and he is also very personable. Since contracting with Nebraska Lifestyle my life has been so much easier. They respond to my questions and concerns quickly. I have been working with them for years and I have not has one issue with them.
I have worked with other property managers and NONE of them are as good as Nebraska Lifestyle.

Jake has been extremely helpful during my crazy moving predicament, he stuck his neck out for me and helped me get out of a sticky situation. He has been very understanding to the unfortunate, ridiculous occurrences that have been happening to me, and he has gone so out of his way to help me, and he pulled some strings for me when he certainly did not have to, which showcases his true character. Jake is amazing, he goes above and beyond and he has even bent over backwards to ensure that I had a great space to live in. I will never forget what Jake has done for me, I am forever grateful, he is awesome

I am a licensed agent in California with lots of property management experience. I know when someone is "milking" an asset. I hired him/his company to manage property I had in Omaha - What a disaster, thousands of dollars and a nonperforming asset. I made a surprise trip from SFO to OMA. Everything they were telling me on the phone was a lie. They had the property for 10 weeks and couldnt rent it. Jeb says its just not renting and little interest. The worst! Do not rent your house through them is my recommendation. I rented from them and though I love the place I'm renting, hate having them as a landlord.
They are the worst at fixing things you tell them about, I told them about something broken 2 years, ago, YES YEARS! AND it is still not fixed... The water facuet was broken, so I hired a guy to fix it, since it was urgent and they took forever to come out and do it, then they said they wouldn't pay for it!!!
