We unfortunately had a bad experience trying to book a reservation with Island Real Estate. We booked the original reservation through VRBO, after confirmation, someone reached out from Island Real Estate to let us know the incorrect rate was showing on the website and they wanted to charge us more. The difference wasn't much, so we agreed to the change. Later in the day, they called us again and said that they now wanted to charge us an additional $2200 for the stay we had already booked. We declined to agree to the additional charge and asked for a full refund. They said they would cancel and

I’ve stayed with Island Real Estate several times. They’ve always been professional and great propertys. On my most recent stay on Anna Maria I booked last minute with Anna Maria Vacations because Island Real Estate didn’t have what I needed available at the last minute. Totally regretting my decision. We’ve had nothing but issues with the competition. I can promise I’ll never book with anyone other than Island Real Estate again.

My entire family absolutely loved the condo we rented on the beach from
Island Real Estate! Our accommodations were fabulous! The place was newer - maybe only 5-8 years old, clean and well cared for, and very much like home, just like they promised! Our patio faced the ocean over the fenced pool area with a gate leading out to the beach. I would DEFINITELY rent this place again, and loved working with Island Real Estate - such friendly people! You won't be sorry.

This was our second time vacationing on Anna Maria Island, this year it was a family get together as well. Island Real Estate was great to work with, we had found a house we felt would work well for 14 of us. The reservation was made with Island Real Estate last May, they made this process real easy and provided all the info we needed and promptly answered any questions or concerns.
Our week was great, the house we rented worked perfectly for our crowd and everything was provided as indicated by Island Real Estate. We had a few minor issues discovered the first weekend there, Island Real Estate

What a wonderful family vacation we had on Anna Maria Island. Island Real Estate was very attentive to all our needs. The house we stayed in "Flip Flops Forever" was beyond our expectations and we would certainly stay there again. It was spacious and clean and had all that we needed. The Island itself was so fun. The local restaurants were wonderful, the trolley was so easy to use and the beach was breathtaking. We even saw the dolphins jumping in the morning. I recommend Island Real Estate and "Flip Flops Forever. We will certainly be back to both.

Rented a vacation home through Island Real Estate in Holmes Beach and the agency staff was very attentive and easily accessible. When we got on site, we had a few issues with the property, but were quickly able to get those resolved with just a phone call. I also agree with one of the other reviewers that the cleaning service they use could probably do a better job overall, as the floors were not very clean when we arrived (you could tell that underneath tables, etc., had not been swept). Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend renting a vacation home from this company as well as

We stayed at Palm Isle Village 3204 in June 2014 and really enjoyed it. This particular unit was a one bedroom with a bunk room and was absolutely perfect for us. Our two boys, 4 and 9, loved their bunk beds!
Overall we found the unit to be bigger than the pictures showed. Even more important ~ the place was very clean (the baseboard had no dust, I notice these things) and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was also very nice and most of the time it was like having our own pool. The walk to the beach was amazingly short and easy. In fact, if we needed to run back to the unit it was very

Our vacation on Anna Maria Island was the best beach vacation we have ever had! The house was wonderful, especially the private pool and patio in the back! Island Real Estate was very helpful and friendly and made checking in to get our house very easy. We had such a wonderful vacation with Island Real Estate. The service we received was second to none and the standard of the accomodation was excellent - so clean and in such a good state of repair. We wanted for nothing.

My family and I enjoyed a last minute getaway in August 2012. The property was well kept and loaded with amenities. In addition the staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. We rented both units on the property which had an adjourning door and that gave us tons of space for family fun. The kids were able to play games on one side and the grownups enjoyed adult conversation on the other. Of course the best part was the beach which is a very short walk from the property. It was a splendid weekend and we will definitely use Island Real Estate for future vacations to Anna Maria Island!
