Services
Home inspections include the exterior of the home, garage, roofing, foundation, siding, windows, doors, and crawl space. The interior part of the home inspection includes electrical, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, attics, appliances, and an overall visual inspection of the house. Home inspections are calculated by square footage, starting at $295 for a home up to 2000 square feet.

I had a very good experience with Bill. He did a very thorough inspection of a home that I was purchasing including going into the attic, on the roof, in the crawl space, etc. He even walked me through at the end showing me things that I should make note of. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend.

Bill was prompt and professional as can be! He scheduled us within a matter of days. He showed up early and was already on the roof before we got there. He was thorough with his inspection, and took the time to explain the entire inspection report and answer any questions we had. Fenton area. I would absolutely recommend Liberty Home Inspections to anyone who needs a home/property inspected! I called on a Thursday and Bill was able to schedule me for that Saturday. He arrived early and was extremely thorough. I appreciated his patience in explaining the process and what he found throughout the inspection. He was professional and pleasant, and I felt very confident in his knowledge-base. He got the report to me later that night. Bill from Liberty Home Inspections is fantastic. My wife and I are going through the first time house buyer process and Bill’s professionalism and thoroughness really put us at ease of mind.
