ValueCheck Inspections was incorporated in 1994 which makes it Genesee County's oldest and most experienced full service inspection company. ValueCheck provides a comprehensive visual inspection of the structure and main operating components of the home or commercial building to help you reduce your risk by making you aware of costly defects or needed repairs that may not have been apparent to you. ValueCheck inspections are conducted according to industry standards developed by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
The most effective method for mold testing involves taking an indoor air sample, and an outdoor air sample for comparison. Also, a physical scraping can be placed on a microscope slide and sent to the lab for evaluation. The combination of air and physical sampling provides a complete list of every type of mold spore that is present.

Followed James around during his inspection and learned a few things! He gladly explained what he was doing and answered all our questions with sufficient detail. Our appointment was made with one days notice but everything went well and we were happy with their professionalism, communication and services. Before calling, I read their reviews and wasn't sure how any company could possibly have all 5 star reviews but now I know! They are good!

Mark and Josh were very professional during my clients inspection. They are first time home buyers and Mark took his time and explained every step to them and answered all of their questions.
