DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are nice and accommodating until you sign the lease!! They will not fix anything and do not care if you have working plumbing. I would live in a tent before renting from them again!!! Karen is the absolute worst she does not care, will not take your calls and will never call you back!!

If I could they would get zero stars!!! Was a tenant for 10 years. Had to deal with enough of their BS thru that time but the last year there was really bad. Their bookkeeping is the pits at best but want to blame the tenant. Our apartment had storm damage and upstairs leaks. We lived bottom floor. They refused to do anything about for YEARS until sited by the city because by then it was in deplorable condition. Then wanted to blame us. Even the magistrate knew it was a lie. They lost a check. This company will lie to you and squeeze out every last dollar. I have had many issues with this company but the worst is the move out. They will charge you for damages from the last resident and take as much money from your security deposit as possible. They are trying to charge me over $700 for cleaning and repairs that were already done and damages that were present when I moved in. If you rent with All County Suncoast make sure the property has no damages or you will surely be charged for them. Do not rent with this company! This company deserves a ZERO, it's THE WORST management company I've ever had to deal with!!! I rented from them for 11 years and were nothing but unprofessional and don't know how to manage their accounting system. There was mold in ALL of the properties for Lauren Manor, which they refused to acknowledge. On top of that, the floor was constantly wet, even worse when it rained, ants all throughout the apartment, again they did nothing about! And worst of all is how they tried to cash a check that wasn't valid and blamed me for their error!!! I tell everyone I know to NEVER rent from All County

I can’t say enough good things about this company! Since They have taken over the property I’ve lived at for over six years, they have made massive improvements, and made this a much, MUCH, better living environment. Karen and Antonio are absolutely fantastic! Every time I’ve had any kind of an issue they were quick to respond and my issue was resolved very very quickly. This company stole a significant amount of my security deposit with no explanation. The home was given to my in very rough shape. I cleaned it up, I made small repairs, I cleaned up the yard. When I left, the house was spotless. I left it in much better shape than it was given to me and they refuse to refund my full security deposit, with no explanation. There is absolutely no reason I should not have gotten my full security deposit back. Terrible company. Terrible communication.

Just moved in to an All County Suncoast Property out on St.Pete Beach and the experience has been amazing! Carolyn at the front office is one of the sweetest ladies and Karen is a real pro. I rented a village with this company, the worst deal of my life, I had several problems, and two months before the contract ended I had a leak I don't know where it came from, but I know that they left me inundated for two months without doing anything because I knew that I was going to leave, and then they still had the courage to charge me $ 500 claiming painting (lie) and wall I never nailed a nail in the wall, because I was passing through to buy my house, they don't play fair, I advise you to look for another company my experience is terrible.

This place is the worst. We moved in to an apartment that smelled like someone smoked in it for 5 years. Our refrigerator had bugs in it, which took 5 days to get replaced (i also payed prorated rent to move in early). I took it upon myself to air the apartment out, shampoo the carpets, buy new air filters, and more.
Upon moving out, we did everything they asked, leaving our apartment in better shape than when we moved in.
They kept our WHOLE deposit saying there was "debris" on the ground.
Save yourself some money and DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE TRASH!!!

Worthless waste of a property management company. Crooks and thieves that have bad intentions for you from the get go. If you are paying them for their services, you are terribly misrepresented and are not getting your monies worth. These sorry excuses claim you entire deposit regardless and will take advantage of all parties to the fullest extent they can get away with. Stay away from this company!!!!! They will not do repairs. Won't return deposits. They make it nearly impossible to pay the rent then charge you $100 late fee. It can take months to finally get repair work done and it still won't work right. They will flat out lie to you! They have a bad reputation around town, among neighbors, and realtors. The horror stories are very similar. If you stand up to them, dispute charges, or complain about needed repairs, they will not renew your lease out of retaliation and vindictiveness. If you are able to find another property management company, I definitely would. The property manager I had was very good, but once he left - I feel like I have been left out to dry. And I am going on 6 months now since our management agreement was terminated, and am still waiting for the return of the balance in my owner's account. The agent that was assigned to my account after my guy left has been fairly unresponsive to email, and impossible to reach by phone. BEWARE! This company is a joke. Not only do the neglect the homes they manage, they will try to blame the problems on you. We lived in our home for years with out any issues, as soon as we needed things fixed, they ignored the request. They screwed the front window shut of our home because they did not want to fix the crank, this was one of many issues. The property manager is very rude and defensive. They will rob you blind. I will never, nor will I let anyone I know rent from this company.

In our first conversation there were a lot of promises and processes outlined that made me feel confident about All County. That was where my confidence ended with them.
After listing the 3 units for 2 months not one was rented out. I tried to find any listings online for the units and could not. I posted my own listings on Craigslist and had 10 calls in 2 hours!

Avoid at all costs. All County 'managed' our property in St Petersburg. They forgot to attach an addendum (they had on file) to our lease and we ended up spending a lot of money on replacement appliances that weren't included in the lease. The 'professionals' they sent in to conduct repairs were overpriced and in two instances, double billed us. They even authorized 'repairs' beyond the $200 limit without our permission. As a rental property owner: after a 7 month business relationship with this company, it is only fair to state, that this business is by far the worst management company one can deal with. The agents are unavailable; promises are made but not kept, monies improperly (or not at all) disbursed. Borderline embezzlement, book keeping inconsistent or none existing. Wish I could give zero stars! Don't waste your time with this company! Have never written an angry review in my life however the terrifying experience of dealing with company has pushed me to the edge. Deposits were held, communication was awfully slow and rude. Ultimately the deal fell through leaving us nowhere to live. All county property...you keep it up ;)
