All good things here. The bellcrest heights property at 5050 1st Ave S is stunning. We had family stay with us several times, and they were very impressed. It's a great location, and they really did a good job renovating it. Next, the management group. Toni and Spencer, along with their staff, are quick to reply and they pay attention to the details. I had three minor maintenance tickets while living there for a 12 month term and all were handled within 24-48 hours correctly. I would recommend them to a friend, and I would have definitely extended my lease but we purchased a house.

Spencer does an amazing job from day one of making you feel welcome and part of the family. I worked with Spencer of Russell Property Group to find a rental in the Pinellas area. I can't say enough about Spencer and his help to find just the right place. He found us a listing that wasn't even in MLS which turned out to be perfect. He gave us great advice on areas where we could negotiate.
