Greg is an excellent home inspector! He is very competent and very pleasant to work with. If you are buying a home in Clarkstown you should use Greg as your home inspector. He inspected 2 different properties for us and gave us the detailed reports the same night each time. We are currently using the report for the house that we ended up buying as a guide to address some of the issues that he found. Thanks again Greg!

We used Greg for our home inspection on a property we are looking to buy. Greg was on point with his inspection. He was very professional and very detailed. As he performed the inspection he would explain what he was inspecting and any issues he found. His report is very detailed with pictures of problem areas. Greg was extremely throughout and kept us informed throughout the entire walk through. He took his time, uncovered things that would easily be overlooked, educated us with options along the way as to how to improve things. He even went back a week later to turn on the house's AC when the temperature rose above threshold. We have been through an inspection in the past, but this was significantly more thorough and professional than our experience with another company.

Greg was available on extremely short notice (next day), a thorough home inspector with a deep understanding of the holistic causes of problems that develop over many years. He is not just good in identifying problems, but has smart pragmatic approaches to what should be done and how, as well as what doesn't need to be wasted on. I would call on him as a consultant for future projects as well.
