Jim showed up a few minutes early on the day of the inspection & I was pleasantly greeted with a very enthusiastic smile.
After a that Jim went to work. He was extremely thorough going over every square inch of the property If there was an issue with this house, Jim would find it. . I knew I made the right decision.

This is an easy five-star review. Jim is thorough, detail oriented, sharp, and extremely knowledgable. 10 out of 10, I would recommend him to do your home inspection.

I recently purchased a new home in Stamford, CT, it is an older home so getting a thorough inspection was a top priority. Jim walked me through the entire process giving me the opportunity to really get to know the home and the property. Within 24 hours I was provided with an extremely detailed report with many pictures, including ones of him using great technologies (ie: infrared meter checking for moisture and the efficiency of the central air). I strongly recommend Jim and his services! I was impressed by his blurb, which stated how he takes his time and pays attention to detail. Jim knew this was my first home, and he took the time to inspect and explain everything! Even once I received the report, and had follow up questions, Jim was willing and happy to take my calls. He enjoys the entire process, and you can tell it's more than just a job. He really cares, and enjoys learning about the home, and assessing it. Good guy, and good work.
