Abe did an inspection for my girlfriend and I who are first time home buyers. With this being a new experience, I was definitely hesitant on who to use for the inspection just due to my inexperience at this point with buying a home.
My hesitancy was immediately put to ease when I spoke to Abe. He was referred to us through a friend/colleague and he immediately got on the phone with me. His was beyond thorough on the phone. We are first time homebuyers. Our agent suggested a home inspector after our offer was accepted. After looking online for other options, we found Abe. We were very impressed with his reviews and website. We contacted him regarding his services. He was incredibly responsive and called us. While we were on the phone, he checked the real estate listing and found some worrisome problems in the basement just by looking at the photos. Abe did a terrific job with our recent home inspection. He was incredibly responsive, professional, and timely. He did a thorough job, was very knowledgable, and was a pleasure to work with. Abe has been the inspector of choice for our family. We recommend him to everyone we know because he and his son are professional, dependable and do a comprehensive inspection. In the past I had gotten reports that were checkoff boxes however, his report gives you a description of what was seen and what are the specific concerns. Recently, we had him inspect a property that was being sold 'as is". I don’t know if I could say enough good things about my experience. Have been searching for a home for months and finally got an accepted offer on one. Abe and his son Nick are very knowledgeable with home inspection. As a first time buyer, Abe explained upfront that their report will be very detailed and will tell us tons of information about the house. I told Abe about a specific area to focus on due to the history of termite damages and he focused on these areas and found signs of termites, which can be missed easily. Both of them were very detailed and diligent. They provided us extreme thorough inspection report and answered all of our questions during the inspection. Abe is amazing! I called a few differently places but felt like Abe did the best while he took his time to address my questions while interviewing for inspectors. He was extremely flexible with our schedule. He was incredibly thorough during inspection and took his time explaining what he was doing as well as answering all of my questions.
