Personal service and like the good old days. This pharmacy is independently owned by people who care. We discovered them when we got our COVID shots and were pleasantly surprised. We had previously forgotten what good pharmacy customer service is about. Only negative is you can't get a bag of chips when you pick up your prescriptions.

VERY unprofessional and rude. I will keep my place of work private but long story short they treated our staff and myself so rudely. When I asked to speak to their office manager, apparently the woman is the manager, pharmacist, and receptionist and no one else works there according to her. I work in the medical field and it's unbelievable how rude and tacky they are. Based on other reviews, they seem to be good at customer care but the way they treat others in this business is mind blowing. She called our business and made demands, and when I told her that we are currently working on this

What an amazing neighborhood pharmacy. I was able to get my vaccine the day they dropped the age below 55. They are very thorough, organized and informative. Just received my second shot and I was in and out in 20 mins (15 mins of that was after I received the shot). They are doing some great work for our community!

I have known about Ranch Pharmacy since moving to the area 10 years ago. They where able to get me Covid-19 vaccinated earlier than the county facility. My experience was exceptional and efficient. I called and made an appointment for my parents (83 and 79) to receive the covid vaccine. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. The pharmacy itself was impeccably clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Ranch Pharmacy is an asset to the community. I've visit this pharmacy during covid vaccination and I saw few employees took people out of the line and vaccinate people without appointments and under 65 years old. This is not right at all and its against the law. They give vaccines to people they know and I don't recommend going there for anything. You guys are cheaters

Never been so disgusted In a practice ever in my life especially during times of a pandemic. They are giving out COVID-19 vaccines to people that they know personally and are no where close to meeting the guidelines of being able to receive the vaccine yet but wouldn’t give the vaccine to my family members who are actually at risk.

This pharmacy is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The pharmacists TRULY care about the patients. They take a personal interest in the medications that are prescribed and educate the patients on any interactions ECT. The prescriptions are filled in an EXTREMELY TIMELY MANNER AND THEY OFFER DELIVERY! IT IS TRULY A PLEASURE going from a large pharmacy to a smaller pharmacy who take the time to get to know the patients and treatments!

The pharmacist Johnathan is one of the nicest people I have ever met. A true team member of of the healthcare team. Extremely compassionate and efficient. He helped a family member out twice now with a quick response time when needed which is not always the case when compounding is concerned. Highly recommend and love the vibe in there .. fun colors and music playing.

This pharmacy has a caring staff that provides true customer service! I needed to refill our daughter's seizure medication. After two well known pharmacies gave me the run around to being within a day away from running out, I saw the great reviews for Ranch Pharmacy online. Not only did they have the med in stock, the pharmacist, Sheila, went out of her way to get the prescription transferred and filled in an hour. The pills were even cut in half so I didn't have to do it. We will be moving all of our prescriptions here. Thank you!

Is it possible to LOVE a pharmacy? I don't know but I DEFINITELY do. It is because of Blink Health that I learned of this hidden gem, which I had passed so often and yet never thought to visit. The crew here is PHENOMENAL in their courtesy, efficient, professionalism and the speed and accuracy of their assistance. The last two times I walked in with a prescription and they, within 5 minutes, had it filled, packed and handed off to me. This is by far the best pharmacy in Scottsdale. CVS and Walgreens are expensive, impersonal and just in it to to bill insurance and Medicaid or Medicare and are so mechanized. Ranch pharmacy has smiling faces and great service and fair prices. It's a great little pharmacy locally owned. I will only come here for my prescriptions from now on.
