Services
Illiano's J&P Restaurant in Hampstead has been in business for over 30 years. The original New York J&P Pizza started in 1979 and the J&P were the initials of the original owners. Back then, the store was only 1,200 square feet in a small shopping center next to a video store and High's. Eventually, the store expanded into the video store.
I have eaten at J&Ps in Glyndon several times, and have always been impressed with the quality of the food and the level of service. And I just now realized that you are the same J&Ps that has a branch in Scaggsville. I haven't yet been to that location, but a friend of mine plays music there fairly often, so I hope to stop by one of these days to hear him, and to have another nice meal at your establishment.

The food was very good, especially the calamari. The issues we had were when we got the bill. The prices were higher on the bill than what was on the menu including the special that was listed on a separate paper.. We asked the waitress and she had to check with management. The response was “prices are subject to change”. The prices were anywhere from $1 to $2 more on the bill than what was listed on the menu. I understand there are increases but certainly not two dollars more for the special that was listed on the paper that was typed up. The waitress changed the price for the special and

I normally love this place. I haven't been here in a few years and intend on keeping it that way for the rest of my years. Our server seemed very off their game yesterday. Refills weren't offered until we were finished eating. They couldn't even remember my drink to give me a refill. It was horrible! If you need a colonoscopy tomorrow order the stuffed shells today! My son and I ate them and regretted it immediately. My younger son ordered the grilled cheese and fries. He took one bite and said he didn't like it. I really wish you all the best of luck when visiting this establishment.

It was so sad, we used to go there all the time when the kids were little and all was good. So excited to get carryout Friday because I was nearby and out of the 5 dishes we ordered, not one had a good flavor or really any/much flavor, and it was more than just being undersalted. Has J and P gotten too big???

I've eaten here dozens of times in the past but hadn't eaten at J&P since pre-pandemic. Maybe I was there on an off day but my food wasn't nearly as tasty as it was in the past. I love both chicken and eggplant parmesan, I always loved the chicken parm at J&P. I order it so much it's a joke in the family my sister always ask me why I even bother to open the menu because she said I know I'm getting chicken parm. Naturally, I had chicken parmesan and it wasn't nearly as tasty as it used to be. The chicken wasn't breaded which I thought was really odd and the sauce appeared to have little or no spices

How could anyone not love this restaurant♥️ they always make you feel like family‼️‼️‼️ Jackie is awesome and always available. Logan is an awesome waiter. And the rest of the staff or just nice nice caring people. They always go above and beyond at this restaurant‼️‼️ The food is great ,service is great‼️‼️
