How blessed are we to be able to call this beautiful paradise home? Hawaii provides the perfect setting for yoga, meditation, healing, and relaxation. Located just blocks away from the beautiful sunshine of Waikiki Beach, the feeling of paradise will inspire your practice at Yogaloha. Aloha's original meaning was "sharing of breath."
This class is designed for yoga students of all levels. For beginners this class will help to build a solid foundation for a vinyasa style class. For more advanced students this class will draw your attention back to all the little tweaks we need to make in our bodies as we move from pose to pose. We will explore sun salutations in depth, taking a close look at the body alignment in each pose.
At Yogaloha Hawaii Academy you will be given guidance to deepen your yoga practice. You will earn a certificate indicating the completion of a 200-hour training program in yoga allowing you to share your practice with others if you so choose. Yogaloha offers unique classes such as outdoor beach asana, sunset meditation and standup paddleboard yoga.
This course is a journey of self-discovery because after all- that is what YOGA is. Yogaloha Academy is a registered Yoga Alliance school and graduated students will have the option to join Yoga Alliance as a registered yoga teacher. This teacher training in paradise will prepare you to integrate teaching yoga into your life.

The best way to start my day! Give yourself a little extra time to find the place if it's your first time. (It's on the fourth floor of a commercial building. Go to the back of the center and take the elevator to the fourth floor.)
Megan was my instructor and she lead the practice beautifully. It was a great flow with stretching to start that lead into some challenging poses that made me break a sweat. Good vibes all around!

Uninspiring. Felt like there was no life here. Wouldn’t go back. Maybe it’s just because it’s such a touristy area but...meh...

I was so fortunate to get to Megan's Vinyasa class on my work trip to Honolulu. Challenging but with lots of room for breath and modifications. A beautiful beginning intention and poem at the end made it the perfect mind body experience. I am so happy I can flow here on my visits to Oahu. Thank you!

This is one of the best yoga studios on the island, and my personal favorite! The classes offered are diverse and challenging, and the teachers are innovative and suggest adjustments that cater to all skill levels. The studio is clean and bright, with plenty of space for large classes. Miro, Courtney, Tracy and Sarah are all outstanding instructors--you can tell that they truly love what they do. I always look forward to my next class. Highly recommended!

This venue is conveniently located in Waikiki with floor to ceiling windows allowing for beautiful sunshine in class. World class instructors knowledgeable and so helpful in the art of yoga meditation and motivation. I love yogaloha and am off to Canada for several months for work but I take the knowledge with me gratefully. The teacher in me honors and respects the teacher in all of the instructors. Aloha! And thankyou from your Canadian fan

Before playing golf I like to take a yoga class to warm up n thoroughly stretch out so I found this great lil yoga studio a couple of blocks from my hotel in Waikiki. It was a yin yoga that was instructed by Miro. Thank you again for a mindful practice Miro!

Last minute decision to hop in a class while I was here for a wedding and couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised by how amazing the teacher and the vibe of the studio was. Such a good find when you're looking for a little zen from all the resort craze.

Have to say speciall thank you to my favorite teachers, Valeria and Miro, for these amazing classes at "Yogaloha Hawaii". Without them it would be different.

I got unlimited one year pass and every time when I took a class with Valeria or Miro, I got amazing stretch, great workout or just perfect way how to start the day. Honestly, thank you for that, for the vibe, the effort and just making it all so pleasant and easy.

Also has to mention that the class room is nice, clean and studio offer to rent yoga mattress without any fee. Location in the center of Waikiki and ladies who worked

The best yoga class I have ever taken. I am a beginner and didn't or couldn't continue for various reasons.

The teacher, Valerie, is just wonderful. She infuses energy to all the classroom-full of students at different levels, helping us let go of unnecessary energy. After the lesson, I felt all good and refreshed. I am certain I will come back.

All manner of pricing makes it easy to yoga for 1 day, 1 week etc. See the website for options. Spa yoga was a little woo woo for me, basically a bunch of ambiance and inner peace platitudes and that I'm not sure if the instructor really believed.

Very clean.

It was my first time I tried SUP Yoga. I am a regular practitioner but this was totally different from yoga on floor. My great instructor, Sato, gave me very clear guidance and tips for the first timer. I just wish I live here, I would totally continue to take class from Sato. It was just heavenly feeling to see beautiful blue ocean, white sand, palm trees while you are doing downward facing dog.

Yogis, you ought yourself to try this.

Awesome studio, so lucky to find within walking distance from my hotel, Outrigger Reef! Excellent deal for 3 days $45

Really enjoyed all the teachers I was lucky to practice with, and the flows were great. 1 class was super good core workout and another was soooo relaxing but i felt worked out and the last was just right too

I really liked this studio, the teachers, the manager and the people that go there. I definitely plan to go back to this studio every time I'm back in Waikiki! It's worth it

My wife and I have been students of yoga for approximately 10 years. She's a 600-hour YTT instructor with advanced training in numerous components of the yoga practice. We recently took a trip to Oahu and located this student primarily because it was within walking distance of our hotel and the Web site was developed very well. We were pleasantly surprised at how helpful and informative the desk staff were and at how diverse the schedule of classes was. We absolutely fell in love with the studio after our first class and made every attempt to take at least one class a day during our week-long

On my last day in Waikiki, I found myself in serious need of a yoga class. I stumbled upon Yogaloha Hawaii on Yelp, and decided to give the 9:30 am Saturday Power Yoga class a try. It was everything I needed and more.

The yoga studio itself is adorable -- very calming space, high-quality yoga mats provided for free, and a nice breeze flowing through the room -- though it does definitely heat up once you start moving... good idea to bring a towel with you :)

The service was outstanding, very friendly and welcoming. And the class was excellent -- the instructor provided variations for all levels

If I lived on Oahu, this would be one of my regular yoga spots.

An easy walk from Waikiki Beach, this studio is calm, beautiful, spacious and welcoming.

They advertised online that if you had a birthday, you could come in for a free class. So, on my birthday, after a nice hike up Diamond Head and snorkeling around San Souci Beach, I wanted to finish the day off with a yoga class and so I came here.

The pretty Japanese receptionist was very nice and sweet, but she knew immediately I wasn't a local (sunburnt and sporting the lobster look), and so she explained to me that she could give

For those of you vacationing in Waikiki and practice yoga daily, this is the spot to go! The studio was walking distance from where I was staying so it was super convenient. Also, there was a lot of signage so it was easy to find.

The studio is pretty small so I would get here about 10-15 minutes early. In your idle time, you can set up a mat (rental is free! Yay!) and browse at the cute yoga clothes in the front. If you check in on yelp you can save a dollar for drop-in. Unfortunately, they don't accept out of state student discounts.

Anyway, onto the yoga session- the instructor, Laura

I've had some pretty mixed experiences at this place. For now, I'm giving it a three, and I'll update it later.

The Good:
- Great location in Waikiki, near Lewers and Kuhio
- There are some great teachers there
- The staff are all very nice, super friendly, happy people

The Not-So-Good:
- Often really crowded
- Some instructors try hard but their classes don't flow well
- Terrible, limited class schedule

Open Spaces Yoga has many more classes, and my girlfriend strongly prefers to go there instead. Too bad I still have a multi-class-pass from Yogaloha...I guess I'll

Yogaloha puts the OM in OMG! ;-)

Living in Waikiki, I LOVE that they are centrally located ! I appreciate that they have an actual yoga studio (not those "meet here and we'll do yoga at the beach!" because trust me, no one wants to see me doing yoga on the beach!!--that being said, they do offer beach yoga, but I don't go there). The studio is behind a retail store (great selections of clothing and supplies for yogi's) atop an adorable, newly renovated two-story walk up on Kuhio. Inside is bright and clean, and they provide mats and props free of charge (very helpful
