Great counseling! Receptionist isn’t a nice person, doesn’t do her job. She is very rude to patients. She should not be working in that field. I miss Shella :(

Tremendous difficulty and lack of clarity around payments, getting receipts/invoices for payments, etc. Really difficult with my insurer. I lost count of the financial errors.
I went elsewhere and have had no issues since. Glad I gave up on West Meadow.

I've been a client of their's for over 3 1/2 years. I have seen a couple different counselors in the practice and have been extremely pleased and continue to schedule appointments going forward.

I do not recommend. I have never had the urge to review a place of service, but I am compelled to do so after the horrible service I've received from their secretary. She was downright rude and unhelpful which should be the opposite at a location where all people are looking for is help.. The attitude of this woman was frustrating no matter how nice I was trying to be. I was scared reaching out for my first counseling session in general and this just made it worse. Please don't approach if you're looking for a nice, friendly place.

Worst place for counseling. The receptionist is beyond rude even though it's a place to seek mental help, and they don't answer my calls for cancelling appointments - I cancelled an appointment because I got sick, and they still charged $70 because it wasn't more than 24 hours. I do not recommend.

I have been going there for 7 years and have only had 2-3 problems which over that long a period of time is great. Ruthie who I see is fantastic and the secretary (idk her actual job title and I hate that word sorry) that is there now gets back to me asap when needed or on the rare times they need to reschedule or weather issues. Couldn't recommend this place more

The only good thing about west meadow counseling was Ashley, a counselor. She left and it won't be the same. Other counselors/therapists don't return your phone calls, are very disconnected and are hard to reach. Now that Ashley is gone, I wouldn't recommend going here.
