After the most recent purchase from Charland Jewelers I got to thinking of how long I've been purchasing jewelry from Mark. I am 50 years old and bought my class ring from him (which BTW I still have) back in 1987. I can honestly say I've never had a problem that Mark couldn't fix in regards to jewelry and the decision making process. Purchases have ranged from class ring, to pearl earrings,rings,necklaces, tennis bracelets,wedding and engagement rings (soon to be twice on the wedding stuff). Went there to sell a gold ring with a .96 ct diamond and the guy that I talked to was severely rude with me and told.me it was a fake and when I asked him to test it he told me he wasn't even going to bother. I already went to several shops to get prices and they told me to come to charland and the shops I had gone to before tested both the gold and the diamond and both told me it was real. I will never purchase or sell anything here again.
