Rising Stars Academy is a preschool that provides educational care that allows your child to engage in learning activities. Toddlers thrive when they are in a loving and supportive environment. At Rising Stars Academy, they can explore and discover under the careful supervision and direction of teachers who encourage and cherish the child's accomplishments. Our teachers take time to communicate with parents through notes, telephone calls and scheduled meetings.
At this age, our teachers focus on encouraging their students to learn, respecting their work, strengthen their self images, exploring their interests, marveling in their creativity and offering a child-centered classroom. The Abeka and S.T.E.M. curriculum are used with an emphasis on letters, numbers, shapes, colors, language skills, writing and reading skills.

Very unprofessional. Poor WRITTEN communication. My kids had 2 teachers between august and December that randomly quit. No structure. I understand being expelled for a 3 bite policy but I never received ANY WRITTEN INCIDENT report from the first 2 bites and what they were doing to correct it. Instead my kids were dis enrolled on a Monday before 9 am before I had any time to correct it!

Love, love, love this daycare! Everyone is so nice, and truly cares about the kids and their well being. This happened to be the last daycare I toured in the area, and I had almost given up hope. I hadn't found one that I really liked, until I saw Rising Stars. It has such a welcoming and exciting atmosphere, and is very clean and organized. My kids have learned so much and always have fun. I highly recommend Rising Stars for anyone looking for a daycare/preschool!

My daughter has been going here for a few years and I loooooovvvvveeeeee this school. The teachers stay consistent in the classrooms with the children. It is not just a daycare. The owners take pride in the children being taught and learning. My daughter is so advanced and I thank this school in playing a major part in her education. The cleanliness of the school is magnificent as well. Family owned and operated which is also a big plus in my book. The security is great as well. A definite must in the times we live in.

Rising Stars Academy is an excellent preschool with the children's safety and education as our #1 priority. It is unfortunate that a child was asked to leave, but threats with firearms are never considered "stupid comments". Given the severity of the comment, in today's society, Rising Stars Academy can never be too cautious for the safety and well being of every child and staff member within our facility.

I have had two children at Rising Stars Academy for a year now. I toured almost every daycare facility on the east side of Volusia County and Rising Stars was by far the best daycare facility I had seen. It is obvious that the teachers and staff care about each child and that their safety, wellbeing and education is priority. Both of my kids are always happy when I pick them up and my oldest often asks "are we going to school today?" I cannot tell you enough what a blessing it has been having my kids at Rising Stars Academy. They make being a working mom much easier!
