At Atlantis Montessori, our mission consists of providing a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe. Our unique Preschool offers various activities that are specifically designed to encourage each child's growth. Through cooperative play and creative activities, children reach their social, emotional and physical milestones naturally and with ease.
Every teaching method sparks moments of learning. Then why is a Montessori school so different? The difference is the method itself. The primary goal of Montessori education is to help all children reach their full potential. Children are placed in mixed age groups. These age groups correspond to the different planes of development.
Atlantis Montessori offers a wide variety of enrollment options to ensure we best fit the needs of your child and your family. Below is a list of our programs. Atlantis accepts children 30 months of age to 6 1/2 years of age. Our Traditional Core Montessori program is the foundational building block of our approach to early childhood education.

Serena was my son's AMI guide and then later his teacher for primary education. I knew that I wanted him to be with a teacher that cared for his education and impacted his life in a positive way early on. Serena was patient and followed the direction of the child as the Montessori way dictates. I can say with 100% certainty that my son and our family have benefited immensely from having Serena and the Montessori curriculum early on in his educational journey.

Mu daughter had Miss Serena as a teacher/guide for two wonderful years. Miss Serena is AMI ( a rigorous international Montessori standard for training—anyone can claim to be AMS Montessori, with a short online training, be an informed consumer!) and it showed. She gives lessons to young 3-6 year olds, preparing them for kindergarten and providing a foundational love of learning and comfort with words, mathematical shapes and concepts, art, nature, and life skills that prepares them holistically for life. There is just nothing like a quality Montessori education with an amazing guide like Miss

I cannot say enough good things about Atlantis Montessori. Ms. Serena is a an amazing and dedicated teacher. She sees the beauty and strength in every child, and appreciates them for their differences. From personal experience, I know that my children would not be as successful as they are without her influence and advice. Ms. Serena is strict, but kind; and, she is loving, but professional. She is committed to every child's development, and any child would be lucky to have her as their teacher.
