I have lived in harrah for 50+ years and have done business with them up until today. I have never been treated so rudely as I was today.. Don't know what was going on but you do-not treat your customers like that. I will not be doing any business with them ever AGAIN. And there was no one else in the business. My wife and brother has been treated like this by them but I thought that was just misinterpreted by them until I got it myself. Today's date 04/10/2020
