Mercy Plus Health Services
A Michigan-based healthcare agency specializing in providing excellent care to pediatric, autistic, catastrophically injured, adult and senior patients who need continued care in the comfort of their own home or one of our centers. We understand the daily challenges families experience with a medically fragile child.

We work with you to provide nurses to help with these needs in whatever way suits your family. Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a developmental disability that can cause significant impairments in areas such as social skills, communication and can cause behavioral challenges. Mercy Plus offers quality autism care with customized analyses for you and your family members.
Services
Private Duty Nursing is defined as nursing services for clients who require more individual and continuous care, in contrast to part-time or intermittent care, than is available under the home health benefit. These services are provided by a Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) under the supervision of an RN, and must be ordered by the beneficiary's physician.
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a developmental disability that can cause significant impairments in areas such as social skills, communication and can cause behavioral challenges. According to the Centers for Disease Control the most recent estimates show that 1 in 59 children have ASD. If you believe your child may have ASD, talk to your child's doctor and share your concerns.
Tragedy can occur at any time resulting in major injury. A catastrophic injury generally involves a severe injury to the spine, spinal cord, or brain. This often causes the need for very specialized care once discharged from the hospital.

Mercy Plus provides interdisciplinary collaboration between doctors, nurses, therapists, and aides to ensure you receive comprehensive treatment, getting you back to your fullest potential as quickly as possible. Our team includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and skilled nurse aides.
There's no place like home. Many prefer to remain living in their home rather than in a skilled nursing facility. As clients physical and/or cognitive abilities decline, they may need assistance to safely live at home. Mercy Plus has been serving the local population since 2009. To keep your loved one living safe at home, it often requires assistance with life's daily tasks.

Healthcare workers undergo TB tests. The employer pays for it. Just not this employer. Having worked in healthcare for 22 years, this concept doesn’t sit well with me. I thought it was unheard of. Looking into it.

9 of 10 of their aides work as little as possible. Some even get attitude when you remind them to do something that is on their task list! I have six hours a day as a client and most see it as free money. Help change my brief and sit on the phone so my son ends up doing the cleaning. There have been a couple aides whom I have asked to have come regularly, but seem to keep getting the ones I have to address about the same thing over and over. I'm not a difficult client. I'm bedridden, so they figure if I cannot see it, I won't know if they do it. My son just gets up and does it. I'm thinking of

The place is too good to be true. They take you off cases for no reason and do not advance you unless you’re best friends with the manager. They gossip, don’t talk to you about problems. They’re plain rude. Catty environment.

Worst company to work for I gave my all for every one of my client I worked for and continue to get not get recognized in anyway beside shorting my work check . And losing my time sheets after they took the Saginaw office out and made it very difficult for the aids and nurses to turn in times sheets. I probably will never work for them again. I also always picked up hours no matter how far they was I have been up north an have worked at least 4 to 11 clients a day because of call off with no problem and my checks was short . I had work 50 plus hours for three weeks each for a vacation and while

Most people are kind enough. Our current home health aide just likes to just work when she wants to. We haven’t really received a full weeks hours of work, but the work is good. Respectful, trustworthy and kind.
