I used this service when my kid who has epilepsy had major trouble with her medication and eventually had to be hospitalized to get off of it. The nurse in charge was helpful at first but little was done on monitoring the person they sent me, a nurse aide. First person who showed up didn't want to be there and it was obvious. The next aide assigned to our case was late almost every day, charged for time she was not there (I had to sign the paperwork in order for her to get paid) and did not show up the last day. This aide was a nice person but was on the phone most of the day while in my home.
