I was born and raised here in Houston, TX. My father was a custom renovator & master carpenter for over 30 years. He passed his trade onto me and now I have built my business on the foundation of his knowledge. This is a family owned business since 2002 and as you can imagine, my overhead is not as overwhelming as those big companies and my prices will reflect just that.

Based on a complete remodel job of a Memorial area condo, I would definitely recommend Metro Remodeling Systems. Their extensive work included demo & remodeling of 3 bathrooms, plus kitchen flooring & back splash. Removed a wall to create an open kitchen-dining concept complete with new lighting & bar. Hung & painted French door, replaced windows. Perfect paint throughout completed the project. Eliel & Jr's team were fantastic to work with...always professional, on time, with quality workmanship. We just had our 47 yr old home re-sided with Hardie siding. After getting 3 estimates from A+ rated contractors we decided to use Metro Remodeling Systems. They were GREAT!! Arrived promptly at 8 am everyday and worked steady until 5:00 pm. They cleaned up each day before leaving. With our original siding being so old we didn't know what to expect underneath. The most impressive part was they showed us and explained everything to our satisfaction anything that needed to be done (extra framing, adding insulation, etc) once the old siding was pulled off. These guys were awesome. Easy to work
