I was visiting Tucson and needed a place to practice. I came across this place and decided to give it a try. The people and instructor are so friendly. This really made the experience. The practice itself was nice and flowed the instructor did a great job. I'm not advanced but sometimes like to push my limits. I'd love to see the practice gradually work up to advance poses. There's no locker rooms or showers but it doesn't take away from the experience.

Went with a girlfriend of mine a few weeks ago. And truly enjoyed a great yoga session. The flow, and the guided Breathwork at the end was exactly what I needed. Loved the half inside half outside concept. Idk how it is now that Tucson is 110 but it felt amazing a few weeks ago. Can't wait for Saturday and Sundays on the east side in the near future :)

This is my new favorite yoga studio! It's super easy to sign up for a class online! It's about $8 a class and I love that they have evening classes! It's best to arrive early so you can get a good spot to place your mat.
Make sure you bring a water bottle and a towel because the classes get hot! They have recommendations on their website in case you've never been to one of their classes!
They check you in on their tablet before class and then you're free to go into the room and pick a spot. The instructors play pretty hip music which I love. It's pretty easy to

I'm used to core power yoga and this is as close as it gets in Tucson! It's fabulous! Hot and steamy vinyasa. More chatterungas than I'm used to which is fine, and also no sun A, B, or C, it all just kind of just flows together. I love the old studio and the incense. The yogis are all very kind, as you would expect.

I love attending hot power yoga at Session. I feel like the classes are challenging and make me feel like I got a good strength workout, but I also leave very relaxed. Whether I am attending after a stressful day, because I want a workout, or because I feel sore and need to do yoga, I get a lot out of the class. There is ample parking in the lot and everyone is really positive. I also like that it is cost-effective, with different options available for passes.

I love this place! I have attended numerous classes with different instructors and I love the way Leah B teaches class. If she sees that you are not understanding her direction on the moves, she will quietly and kindly come to you and show you the move instead of ignoring you. I really do get a work out! I just wish Leah could teach later classes instead of mornings so I could attend more! Way to go, Leah B!!!

Session Yoga provides an atmosphere that, for me, felt like home since the first time I stepped into the studio. It is warm and inviting and above all provides a safe space to move, change and practice. Additionally, Session School of Yoga Teacher Training was an invaluable experience, providing me with the tools to grow my practice and teach others. I would certainly recommend this studio to all!

If you're looking for the best power vinyasa studio in AZ, Session is 100% where it's at. With some of the most talented and genuine instructors, Session embodies what yoga should be about in all aspects. Although every class is consistently great, I HIGHLY recommend taking a class taught by Dove and/or Chelsea (owner) - both SERIOUSLY extraordinary humans and instructors.

More than just a beautiful and inviting studio, Session is an incredible community. The classes taught here are safe, fun, and powerful. If you love sweaty, breath centered flows, Session is definitely the place for you. And if heat is not your thing, come check out the open air classes on Session Eastside’s gorgeous yoga deck!

Fell in love with Session Yoga on first sight at my first class there. Stumbling upon this place has truly been life changing and I could not be more grateful to the teachers there. If you're completely new to yoga, the basics class on Sundays is a good place to start, but I like that all of their classes are suitable for all ability levels! I also love their new eastside location by Speedway and Craycroft where you can practice yoga at sunrise or sunset on their open air deck. So peaceful!

Great place, great instructors. Close by so it's my go-to yoga spot, and their karma sessions are free except for a suggested donation to a featured non-profit. So that's pretty cool and just adds to the happy vibe.
Sometimes I wish they would turn on a fan. Sometimes I don't want to do hot hot yoga. But always happy with the level of intensity and feel good when I'm done.

My favorite yoga studio. They really focus on enhancing your practice and taking your time. 6am classes with Leah are amazing! But Staci is truly one of the best yoga instructors I've practiced with. I've recently moved to phoenix and cannot find somewhere that compares and it makes me very upset. Great vibes. Great practice. Amazing price

Usually when people think of hot yoga, they think of extremely slow flows... Session Yoga is different with their hot yoga and do more of a vinyasa/power Yoga style, which I love! I do half Ironman, full marathons and Barre, and I would say this is the best type of yoga for my style. Dove is my absolute favorite instructor because I can hear her and she gives everyone a wonderful workout!

Session is my yoga home and I love it! Chelsea has created a beautiful, upbeat, positive, and welcoming space for anyone who wants to practice yoga, regardless of level of experience. Classes are consistently great, with well-trained instructors. The Saturday classes with Dove will light your fire, wring you out, and fill you up, for sure!!! If you want hot flow yoga, there's no better studio in Tucson. And, their retreats are amazing. My husband and I went to Costa Rica with Chelsea and Dove earlier this year. They put together a really thoughtful and transformational program of meditations, yoga

Session yoga coins itself as "the power yoga for the people." And I agree! For starters, you'll get greeted at the door with a big smile. The studio is super cozy yet bright. This studio is known for their heated power vinyasa flow classes that are heated (anywhere between 85-90 degrees). I'm a beginner, so I opted for the Yoga Basics class. It's 75 minutes long and very approachable
Beginners. It's is listed as a "no heat" class, but it was in fact heated, to my surprise. Angela, led the class with great energy. I'll definitely be back to this studio

As a student and yogi who has grown my practice at Session for 3 years, this studio is so incredibly special to me. It's very rare for a studio to consistently provide powerful and intense classes that challenges every yogi in the room, regardless of their ability. Every instructor gives their own unique spin to the very structured flow, but every time I leave my mat it feels like I've rediscovered my practice and I fall in love all over again. Chelsea and Kristin have built a studio and community on the foundation of the non-judgmental mind and that your practice is yours, there is no gain in

Let me preface this with my opinion of yoga. I very much enjoy the physical part of yoga, but find myself irritated when the yoga masters spend 10 minutes talking about the "word of the day" or their recent existential crisis.
My experience at Session was so positive because it was just yoga. The class leader wasn't preachy, and we moved right into our flow class with essentially no editorializing about the balance of the universe. Session moves quickly, and while the instructor was helpful, it will serve you to have some basic experience.
Great simple yoga experience!

This is my favorite yoga studio in the city (and that's a lot to say for someone who practices yoga 5-7x/week and has been to almost all the studios around town!
I love the space, the vibe is very welcoming. The location is great at Broadway Village, very quaint with old school brick etc. The decor is instyle, very "lulu" ish. I love all the teachers, especially the owners Chelsea and Kristin.
I have grown to like the heat at Session...its cooler than the typical "hot" yoga or bikram. The prices are a little higher than the rest of Tucson (think $7/class vs $5/class)

I am sad that I moved across town as this is definitely my favorite yoga studio in Tucson and I miss it!
I love the decor of the studio space and the instructors here are all awesome and teach power/vinyasa yoga. It's a great work-out especially compared to other yoga studio classes I've tried in town that I feel are more just stretching classes where I don't break a sweat.
The class is lightly heated at 85-ish degrees and humidified as well.
Even if you're just visiting from out of town the drop-in rate of $7 is a steal.
They do neat things such as their "Karma"

I love this studio. I never enjoyed yoga until I started going to Session-- so glad I gave it a shot! It's completely different than the yoga I'd tried in the past at places like LA Fitness.
Some classes play music. Good music at that-- sometimes I have to keep myself from Shazzaming in the middle of class. The power yoga class is fast paced, so you get the satisfaction of a cardio workout. One of the reasons I never liked yoga in the past was that I felt it wasn't invigorating enough. Not the case here! I leave satisfied. And sweaty. If you don't like to sweat, maybe not

I had been tinkering with the idea of joining a yoga studio for a few months to help with my anxiety and to also get in shape. I did some yoga back home in Florida, but I was really apprehensive considering I haven't been physically active in about a year due to an injury. I dropped in for Kristin's Monday night class and I immediately fell in love with Session Yoga. All of the instructors that I've had the pleasure to meet are super friendly and they are very helpful. The facility is beautiful and it's in a great location. There's plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable and they even
