I am a Registered Dental Hygienists and have had issues with my lower back, neck and issues with my sciatica nerve. I couldn't believe that I finally got relief from my sciatica nerve with yoga. I've had on and off issues with my sciatica nerve feeling on fire and my leg going numb, but I can honestly say yoga with Selena has made a drastic change and I feel so much better after every session!
