I was glad to see Daneal back, she was our assistant manager some years ago. A few things I appreciate about her management style is how she makes sure that the rules are followed so that we can have a safe and friendly home, she also follows through when you have concerns of issues about your apartment and the communication is wonderful to have. It's hard to live in a place where you don't feel heard.

This place isn’t as bad as most people would think. Its family oriented and the maintenance guys are amazing. It’s changed so much since I have been here in my nearly 5 years here. I don’t get to know management much and when I do they swap out to someone new but they have all been friendly with me and responsive. However, the best part is Jorge and Chris! Jorge was the one to fix my apartment up for me before I moved in and has been the one to handle all things that need to be fixed anytime I ask. He even goes out of his way to check on other things in my place that I might have missed and

We have been living here for the last almost five years and i can say that DaNeal Aguilar is the best manager we’ve had this far because shes not only good at her job but she’s friendly, accessible and very good at what she does. Her with Jorge her and Chris always find a solution to whatever is wrong with our place and they fix it within hours. Besides them being really reliable and nice people and hard workers overall.

The manager Daneal A. has been efficient while working with vendors as she respects us and works with ethics and effectiveness.
The maintenance supervisor Jorge H. leaves the units ready to be cleaned, unlocked at anytime we get there and provides us with anything we need in order to do our job, as well as Chris C, the other maintenance person.

Manager is extremely helpful and friendly and the apartments are immaculately clean upon move in and well kept, the property is getting updated with nicer things all the time (like laundry units and such). And pricing is very decent for a two bedroom and Manager is willing to work with you on certain things.
