Dr. Fitzpatrick's laid-back approach and excellent bedside manner makes a trip to the dentist an unforgettable experience. Received dental degree from University of Illinois at Chicago's College of Dentistry in 2006. After working with Dr. Durkin and his staff for several years, Dr. Robert Fitzpatrick purchased the practice from Dr. Durkin in late 2012.

The team here is truly amazing! Set up a new patient appointment, they walked me through everything! Had to go back a few weeks later to get some cavities filled!! Dr. U is AMAZING!!! She walked me through the entire process! I was a little nervous. But it was painless and a super easy process. Honorable mention to Sarah who assisted, helping calm my nerves!! Best decision coming here!

Staff is always very friendly. The office is pristine and very clean. Dr Fitz is great! Always does only what is necessary and is very respectful to both patients and his staff. Everyone seems to enjoy their work and it shows. I have been a patient for many years as has my family. Highly recommend Fitzpatrick Dental.

The practice is very nice and stylish, but somewhat limited in the services they provide. For cleanings, root canals, X-rays and getting a filling, they can do that. If you need a tooth extracted or want to have an implant, they can't do that but will refer you to another practice, which makes you wonder why you went to Fitzpatrick Dental?
The practice is also not in-network with many dental plans, so IMO it's very pricey.

Fitzpatrick Dental is great! it's so easy to schedule an appointment. The front office staff are friendly and tell you the cost of procedures up front. The dental hygienists are kind and knowledgeable and make my kids love going to the dentist. Dr. Fitz and Dr. Upputuri have both cared for my whole family and are wonderful. I feel really lucky to have such good access to dental care so close to our home.

My Dentist retired, I was referred to Dr. Fitzpatrick by a friend. The difference in technology is amazing. The Doctor and staff are wonderful. All questions answered, on time for appointments. Pleasant and helpful office people with insurance and billing questions. I just broke a tooth and in one visit had a Crown installed, everything was done in office.

A Dental nightmare - taking a bite and cracking a front tooth crown on New Years Eve. I called Dr. Fitzpatrick's emergency # and in less than 5 minutes I had a call back and a plan in place from the Dr. himself. The dental clinic opened hours early to accommodate me on their 1st day of business in 2021. Dr. Fitzpatrick and his assistant Michelle were able to customize a new front crown and Michelle did her magic on coloring the tooth to match perfectly. Absolutely amazing! Best dentist and staff. Cutting edge technology and customer service. Dr. Fitzpatrick is both personable and professional. His assistant Michelle and the rest of the staff appear to be ion "on the same page" providing a welcoming, informative and comfortable atmosphere. There is a big focus on the patients' well being for the entire appointment. The music is great too.

Leaving this review on behalf of my Grandmother. Dr. Fitzpatrick does good work but truly only cares about getting paid. It's a shame that my family and I went here for many years and then it went downhill when Dr. Fitzpatrick took over. He will tell you what you want to hear but ultimately always steers it toward more money out of your pocket. He will also talk badly behind your back to his co-workers (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL). Unfortunately I know this is true because he did it to my mother during a phone conversation he (and a hygienist) had with my mother about my 91yr old grandmothers

You will not receive better service anywhere! The staff is seriously the nicest group of people I have ever interacted with. From the moment I called for an apt, to when I walked in and was greeted, to the procedures, and check-out.
Dr. Upputuri was fantastic! My tooth cracked, I was looking for a new dentist since mine retired, and they got me in the day after I called for an appt.
The best part is the office is state-of-the-art! Everything was computerized. I needed a crown and thanks to modern technology - it was all done on the spot and pain-free!!!

Like most people, I'm not a fan AT ALL of going to the dentist. However, I have to say, after finding Dr. Fitzpatrick, I don't dread it as much! You can't find a nicer staff, and somehow, they find a way to make dental work not so scary or painful! In addition, they are very quick in terms of their service, and if needed, they can actually get you in and out in one day for a crown replacement, which is pretty unheard of. Definitely recommend this practice!

Dr. Durkin and Dr. Fitzpatrick (haven't met the new partner yet) are very good dentists and the office is bright and clean with live green plants and smiling staff. One glance throughout the office reveals the latest in imaging and equipment.
