I can't really describe the service here because, well they didn't service my car. Something about how the things I wanted/needed done had too many hiccups and would be jobs based off of time--you know, outside of the basics in the book.
They didn't address some of the concerns I had, which was a bummer, but it is what it is. Though I would have liked to known why my speedometer isn't working and why the ABS light is on. I get it, my POS Mazda would have clogged up one of the lifts for a whole day where they could be doing multiple other jobs.

Awesome shop! My BMW wouldn't start, suddenly. Took it here, and while it took a couple days, they thought it was going to be the starter. A few hours later they found the real problem. Cut my repair bill in half. These folks are stand up and honest. They made a new customer.

Being new to the area and clueless as to who to take our vehicle too we decided to take a chance and try out Pro Tech. Such a great experience and they were quick to diagnose, fix and return our vehicle in a timely manner. Price was reasonable and I highly recommend them to anyone who is having issues.

I have had all my cars repaired by Pro-Tech for the last 10 plus years. My first experience was with an electrical issue 5 other shops couldn't figure out. They solved the puzzle and I have been a customer ever since. They are not the cheapest but when you measure overall cost they rank as the best. The main thing is they are HONEST! Highly recommend.

Driving home from New York to Texas. Knew something was going wrong with RV (1991 FORD WINEBAGO)(pretty much a van with a big shell). Called four other auto shops and none were willing to give me a diagnosis. These folks were very kind and helpful and willing to at least take a look even though they are busy. So grateful....

Very pleased with my recent (first time) experience with Pro-Tech. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. After diagnosing the issue, the repairs needed and costs associated were communicated clearly even broken down individually. Pricing was competitive with other estimates that I received. Additionally, the repairs were made within the time frame discussed. I would recommend Pro-Tech and I will be a repeat customer.

I have taken multiple vehicles to Pro-Tech and have always had fast, reliable service. Their prices are reasonable and only do the work necessary to solve the issue. They have repaired a blown spark plug on my car, transmission shudder and rear bearings on my van. Many things I can do on my own but when time and expertise become an issue, I don't hesitate to take them to Pro-Tech.

These guys are first rate- best service I’ve ever received from a mechanics shop. Took my ford truck to them after two failed attempts at other shops and they diagnosed and repaired the issue in 48 hours at half the cost I’d spent at the two previous shops. Couldn’t recommend John more- stand up people and business!

Having spent 20 years in the automotive industry I have seen many repair shops across the country and Pro Tech is hands down definitely in the top tier of repair facilities. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for the Louisville area. I have had dealers near them, tell me I needed thousands of dollars in repairs, and this shop told me I did not. They have always been honest, upfront, and unlike dealers, that use a middle man with usually no mechanic experience to explain what you need over the phone, they actually let you talk to THE guy working on your car. Its rare to find an honest shop anymore but this is one of them. Truck is running great!

My wife had a break down on the interstate and Pro Tech was a real life saver. They really helped her out. Their people were friendly, understanding and professional. They had to order parts for my wife's outdated Jeep. Once those parts were in they completed the repairs in record time. Great service and reasonably priced. They aren't close to home for us but their comfortable waiting area and friendly staff meant that my wife was comfortable and safe during her wait for me.
Pro Tech is aptly named and they have my thanks.

Always concerned with finding a dependable and honest independent repair facility, and I can say 100% Pro-tech proved to be the one. Went in without an appt. within 10 minutes a tech and I went on test drive , he found problem two other shops couldn't. Reasonable price. Beat their own deadline. Very happy with response.

Brought my 2010 Dodge Caliber up on a Sunday, diagnosed and fixed by Tuesday afternoon(throttle body replacement) ! John, Marty, and Tommy are awesome honest people! We bring all 4 of our family cars here and will continue doing so!

Put cruise control in my Husband's Tacoma, it took a lot of extra time that Johnny didn't charge him for. The truck was not prewired and Johnny had to do a lot of research till he got the cruise working for him. Other stories of their honesty and trust in diagnosing and repair on his Neon are numerous. Thought he had a radiator leak - turned out to… be a small leak around the hose that was dripping down into the radiator. They could have "replaced" the radiator and he would have been none the wiser. You can't go wrong bringing your vehicles to Johnny and Marty !! They are great people !
