They weren't very professional on phone or in person, they were very rude to my bf. after calling and explaining then damage done to my car he told me there was nothing he could do and that it would look "unprofessional" for him to give me a estimate for the damage from a car wreck i had been in. Clearly it wasnt major body damage but I would've like to have my trunk fixed so that everytime I open it I wouldn't have to rig it to close it back.

I had a great experience at Shelburnes. Bob was helpful and direct on what needed to be done to my car and how long it might take. He was able to get it back to me in the time frame I needed. He kept me updated and let me knew of any issues he ran into, (like my grill not having an after market so having to either order or get a used. We went with used and it looked great). I’m hoping I won’t get into anymore accidents but if I happen to I will definitely go back to Bob! It was also nice that every time I called I got him, the owner, so I knew exactly what was going on.
