ATCO Towing & Recovery

My car was towed from an accident and the driver was rude and did not disclose storage fees. I asked to have the car towed to my house, but he talked me out of it claiming I didn't not want the fluids in my driveway. I was told the tow would be $200 and I could take a day to think about signing it over. They charged me $300 when I came to the office to pay the tow (less than 24 hours later) and get the car released. They were rude and untrustworthy. These people are CROOKS! My car was towed and stored there for a little over 1 day about 26 hours I was charged $660 to get it out smfh. To top it off they stole money out my wallet which was $40 and a box of clippers that I use for my profession as a barber. The lady up front is a straight b!$7h and this ain't the first time I've dealt with them in the past year. Safe to say that they're the ones putting up these fake 5 star reviews! Karma will take care of these piece of you know what people! They don't even deserve 1 star

This towing company is the best in concord,don't call anyone else.

Worst business ever. The employees (especially the larger woman in the office) are lazy and rude. They ignore the customers in the store front and spend time on the phone instead or browsing online. All The place was disgusting, dusty and dirty. I hope nobody ever has to go to this company. I would never recommend going into this hole of a place ever. Their employees will also quote you a different price on the phone, then when you show up in store they add up phony charges up to 1/3 higher than quoted on the phone. I don't even think that is legal in California. Shame on you. Worst experience

I would give negative stars if I could. A horrible opportunist company that takes advantage of others tragedies. And what's worse is they are on the CHP recommended tow company list. Hmm sounds fishy to me, someone's making a dime or two.

Broke down on hwy 4 in Concord. Towed to Richmond only $175 day after Thanksgiving. Called many towing companies with outrageous prices. Hey we're in a capitalist country so other company's prices should not be my argument. Anyway, Carl an older gentleman (driver) came to the rescue on time as stated on the phone (punctuality). Well mannered, courteous, & professional....what more can you ask? Hands down, this should be your next choice to call for a tow.

Tow truck driver arrived in less than 10 minutes, unlocked my SUV quickly. Saved my day! Thank you sir!!!

Carl is kind old timer, he helped when my car messed up at roadside. Fast response speed, which is very nice when you need a tow, and he helped me to jump my car so I can park at right place.

They're FEE's are ASTRONOMICAL and they're customer service is very poor.

The staff are very un-informed.

I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I would never trust just any towing company for my great old car. I had a very challenging tow job, and ATCO far exceeded my expectations. Kevin did a heroic job of getting my large old car with 4 flat tires onto the tow truck's flatbed. He was a gentleman throughout the whole process. I could imagine I was the most frustrating customer he ever endured, but he was not only highly professional, but very courteous, too. It was a long haul out of the area for him. Kevin gets 5 stars (and more).

Spoke with a woman on the phone (wouldn't give me her name) for a quote on a pick up and drop off. Once I received the quote, I told her that I'll probably go with another company because their quote was 3 times less than the one that she gave me. She laughed me off the phone and hung up in my face. Very unprofessional.

The most disgusting people I have ever encounter. Their prices change according to weather report while normal companies charge by mile. It's always better to call a few companies before you decide to tow anything even if they are not the closest they might turn out to be better and cheaper. Don't be foolish and put yourself in the position that I did with this company, you will regret that you called them.

Took 2 hours to get to me and then charged 175 to tow my truck 3 miles.. Feel ripped off.

Prompt service with friendly drivers both times I've used them. Once to change a flat tire- driver offered to follow me to the local gas station so I could put air in the spare. Seeing as my car is having lots of problems I will definitely be using them again soon!

My morning starts off with a flat tire. Errr. I immediately go on trusted yelp to find a tow truck. I find this company with good probably fake reviews. I give them a call and was advised estimated 30 minutes. Ok, great so I set it up. Maybe I can still make it to work on time.
