My business box truck was stuck on the freeway by Concord and they came within an hour and a half to tow my truck back to San Pablo. They're quick, friendly, and reliable. Thankful for their quick response.

My car needed towing back to my house because it had broken down. Charlie contacted me right away to verify the location of my vehicle and to assure me that it would be picked up within 30 minutes. I have had my share of less than favorable interactions with towing companies over the years but Charlie, the owner of ABC All Bay Cities Towing, takes first place as one of the best!
He was very knowledgeable about the process of donating or selling a vehicle for parts. I cannot thank him enough for taking the time to discuss those options with me. And my car arrived at my house right on time!

Life saver! We needed our car towed from the Concord Pavilion to our home after the 4th of July fireworks, after multiple attempts to jump our car battery & being unable to get a hold of our car insurance's road side assistance service. ABC Towing was prompt, reliable, & great value. Great customer service from the initial phone call to the actual towing service. The driver arrived within 15 minutes of the phone call. He was efficient, friendly, & professional. Thank you for coming to rescue us!

After an accident these guys really helped me out. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond what I would expect. When getting to their yard they helped me get what I needed from the wreck. Very helpful. Can't say enough.

Charlie the owner helped me out of a jam with my RV. He gave up lots of his personal time with no compensation to aid me in getting my RV towed by another company that had the proper equipment a lowboy pulled by a semi truck. Kudos also to AJ for trying his best to get my motor home running also without compensation.

Some of the people who work here can't be trusted and one particular person (name is Charlie) has an awful personality. If you need their service, make sure that you don't have any items or belongings left in your car when they tow your vehicle. Take pictures of your car and engine compartment. Our bad experience with this company left us furious because the way they handled customer service. The guy (Charlie) said who would have access to your car when it was towed and locked. But they had the key to the car all along when they towed it, and now an item that was valuable was missing

Best towing service out there I called to get my truck towed in the 06 Dodge 2500 AJ took the call and he was to me within 15 minutes he did everything he could to try and get it running but wasn't able to so he told me over to my shop and gave me a great deal and took care of me highly recommended guys great service

I found this company immediately. They were the first ones I called. The gentleman who answered the phone was efficient, direct answer courteous and was able to have a tow truck pickup my company box truck I think 30 mins of my initial call. We needed a tow from Pacheco to Vallejo and fortunately we were dispatched service within 20mins of the call as promised. AJ arrived and automatically began troubleshooting my 4Runner. AJ was very knowledgeable and respectful and very organized. During the trip to our destination, he continued to break down the possible reasons for my truck to break down. I originally called to get a tow to a mechanic, but the very courteous lady handed me off the AJ and he walked me through the priming process and got me back on the road! My dad's Jeep broke down and I was panicking to find a tow because I had to be at work and drop off my dad at his job. The dispatcher was professional and I believe the driver was Charles, was super nice. Service was prompt and couldn't be happier.

So tonight as we are leaving the apartment complex, my car was in the process of being towed. I tell it the window "why are you towing my car?. Driver says it's in the handicap spot but no placard. I tell him the placard is in there. He says he can't see it. I rush down to see it feel on the dash. I presented it and tell him to release it. He says he needed 100 bucks because he rad getting ready to go. Im confused because he is the placard and you STILL want 100 bucks. Back ground situation. Daughter just had twins. Called ABC Towing needing a tow one evening. The gal on the phone was very friendly and helpful. She was able to dispatch a tow truck within 30 mins.

WAY overpriced. I don't know how or why they're trying to charge me almost 500$ as flat rate from baypoint to Brentwood. Called another company (Ramos rescue based out of Pittsburg CHECK THEM OUT TALK TO ED) and they priced me at barely over 100$. Saved serval hundreds of dollars. Jus know there's always a better deal elsewhere.

I have a road service benefit through my car insurance, Farmers. They contract with a company to provide local towing services. I called to set up a two at 1:50 this afternoon. I got a call back in about 10 minutes confirming and ETA of 55 minutes. I got another call checking to see if the service had arrived about 10 minutes later. At 3:00, I called the main company to see what was going on. After about 20 minutes, the agent said that the provider, ABC towing had cancelled. Why? She didn't know. What could she do?
