I had a car parked an extended period of time and it didn't start. I called early in a morning and he told me he would be here in 35 minutes. He arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled arrival time. The issue that the battery was exhausted. He jump-started and told me to have the battery replaced. For the situation, you cannot ask anything more. I would use their service if needs arise and recommend to anyone with similar need.

Andrew is the man! This is the first place I called to get a quote. After calling another 3-4 places in the area, no one got close to beating him. He was available and had no upcoming appointments which is good to know for emergencies, but we ended up scheduling our pickup a few days later. He came on time. What more can you ask for?

This is the best towing service ever, I have a box truck and most of the other companies didn't wanted to take it until I found East Bay Towing, he made the pick up and delivery as easy as possible, he was very careful with my truck during the whole process as well as cheerful and courteous, I will look for him next time I need some last minute help, he showed up on time and his truck is new and perfect conditions, I had such an easy affordable, enjoyable move with this company, I recommed you to contact this company if you need help ! hes super efficient and responsive !!!

Lifesaver! We were locked out of our car on Labor Day night, when practically everything was closed. They answered and were there to the rescue in 15 minutes! The driver was super friendly and everything went so smoothly, I was actually happy we got locked out just to give them some business! Of course the owner's name is Angel! Thank you Angel! East Bay Towing saved me ! When all other tow companies did not want to assist me at 12midnight Angel had no problem coming out to my location to assess my problem . He made several attempts to help me avoid towing my car but my car would not cooperate . Next option was to put my car on his flatbed tow truck . He was very helpful in my time of distress and did not try to take advantage of the situation. East Bay Towing is what all tow companies should be about ! I was driving to Tahoe and my car went haywire early in the trip. Angel at East Bay Towing was so incredible and efficient. I called him and he showed up within minutes to tow my car to a shop. Our CRV died on main street and Ygnacio so we called our insurance to send a tow truck but the wait time was going to be 2-3hrs! This was unacceptable so I looked up towing companies in the area and found East Bay Towing. I spoke with Angel and he said that he could come out within 25-30mins so I am so thankful for his service. My BMW did not start this morning and the steering column was locked. The local AAA tow service said they were unable to get my car out of my garage to tow it to my mechanic due to the steering wheel being locked. I called East Bay Towing and described my problem. Angel from East Bay Towing arrived and was able to get my car out of my garage in 5 minutes and then towed it to my mechanic without a problem. Poor service from my local AAA provider.
