Having developed an interest in the import auto market, Tom Bush Jr. moved his family to Jacksonville in 1969 opened this Volkswagen dealership on Atlantic Boulevard in 1970. The Tom Bush Family added Mazda in the same building in 1974. In 2015, Tom's son John Bush, and his children Megan and Brian, moved the Tom Bush Collision Center to 9750 Regency Square Blvd.
In 2017, Tom Bush BMW moved across the street into a new dealership on the site of the old collision center. This was followed by Tom Bush Mazda moving into the previous BMW facility. We had a wonderful experience with the service manager, Scott. Our Atlas stopped working and Scott came out over an hour away and picked us up. We were on the side of I-10 and couldn’t get off the main highway because the roadside assistance was a 5-7 hours wait. Scott made sure we were okay and made sure our car was taken care of. Chris made the buying experience very easy. There was no pressure, we weren’t bombarded with questions pertaining to what we could afford what we wanted our payments to be etc… he took the time to listen and was up front and direct and helpful. Brittany was also very helpful and worked with us answering our questions and helping us. Would definitely buy from them again.

I purchased a vehicle from Chris Dixon and far as I’m concerned he’s the only guy there. He made things convenient, stayed in touch via phone and had all the paperwork ready when I got there and was out there door quick. I intend to only deal with him going forward he was the best I’ve ever had dealings with. So far my truck is doing fantastic I’m happy all the way around and for sure recommend them.

Wow. Disgruntled employees everywhere you go. Not sure what is up with that. From check in with the service advisor to the shuttle service. Everything I did or said was met with an attitude.
On the phone the service for a Jetta fuel line recall was quoted to be about 3 hours. After check in I was told it would take 6 hours. How interesting of a HUGE time discrepancy. We made the appointment over a week ago. Dropped off 10am last shuttle ride was 2:45pm. Got there around 3 and was told the car was "getting washed right now" LOL fast forward 50 minutes and they finally came to tell us

Service needs to change their name to 'we don't care!' I came in early to have my car checked b/c of the engine light was on. Instead of concern, I was asked, 'do you have an appointment?' I said that I scheduled online over the weekend. He took my name then looked me up. No, you don't have an appointment. You can bring it in on Wednesday.' I said, but I have a check engine indicator lit up on my car. Don't you think maybe it can't wait till Wednesday?!' 'Well, you can see leave it with me all day and maybe someone can look at it?'

Confused why the lady at the service department told me it would take 3 weeks to get an OIL CHANGE? How can you keep customers with availability like that. I can just tell the communication here is horrible. She wasn't even trying to help me with my schedule. 3 weeks seems a little long for what I would be having done. Called another VW dealer and they got me in THAT DAY! Lady clearly didn't want to HELP me.
Not to mention I ordered a car part a few months back and no one called me to let me know they got the part in when the guy told me he would call to let me know?

Me and my wife had a great experience at Tom Bush. LT helped us out and was very respectful, informative and not pushy at all. We were in and out in a few hours and are very happy with out new Atlas. I would highly recommend this to family and friends for a stress free buying experience. Definitely a Five Star experience.

I brought my vehicle in for service, when I got my car back I notice very strong scent of fried food in it. Upon asking the service specialist he said nobody ate in my car. I drove home very upset because I had to breath in it for 55 minute going through rush hour traffic. When I reached home, I found out that my brand new roadside assistance kit in the back had been gone through, the plastic seal was broken and thrown away.
Prices at this place aren't cheap compared to the one at Orange Park or Osteen, if there is a

I've had excellent service the past three times. Luckily two of the times was a routine oil change and the other time was to fix my beloved panoramic roof. I didn't feel like the service advisor was trying to scare me into getting more services, they seemed genuinely concerned about making sure my ride was safe and they had a loaner vehicle waiting for me when they fixed the pano roof which was still under warranty. Car was washed when they returned it to me, charges reasonable, and paperwork was clear and informative.
I'm still hesitant to give a full 5 stars. (Knock on wood)
