They do great work but that doesn't mean much when you call in and are treated like an inconvenience. I called this morning with a few questions and was met with unnecessary sarcasism and just plain rude attitude. My advise to the guy who answers the phone is you wouldn't have job if you chase everyone away.

Superb job. Got my cloth seats replaced to leather for my 2013 Dodge Charger. In 24 hours it was done, came to pickup, and inspected the new seats top to bottom. I can't tell they've been replaced, it looks brand-spankin new and they are ultra-comfy. A Christmas present to myself and I must commend the whole team at American Radio for the attention to detail and friendliness. I've shared the photos and work with my car group, the Mopar Renegades, and the feedback has been nothing but positive. Nice work!

The service this company provides is unsurpassed! I had some issues with my radio (my equipment, not theirs) and they made multiple trips to take care of the install. Detrell was wonderful, showing up when he said he would and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Terri and her team went above and beyond NOT CHARGING ADDITIONAL MONEY other than the original quote even though my equipment was faulty causing them many extra hours of effort. How refreshing it was to deal with a company who truly cares about their customers happiness.
