Justin Booth, Sales Rep went above and beyond my expectations during my purchase. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and respectful His direct approach to negotiating prices was impressive. It was the smoothest experience ever in purchasing a car. Car dealership in general have a reputation of being biased when working with women customers. This was not the case at Nissan of Orange Park. The Sales Rep- Justin., Finance Mgr, - Jay and General Manager were consistently respectful to me as an individual and did their best to make the experience a pleasant one.

I had the most amazing experience with my salesman! He was genuine, didn’t seem sharkey and insisted I reach out to him if I needed anything! I’ve always had Nissans but left to Toyota but I honestly feel like I’m back home after driving off that day!

Absolutely a true car dealer, as one would hope to find! Frank, Steve, Parker, and Tim all went above and beyond to not only get us a great deal on a vehicle we enjoy, but continued to ensure everything was up to our expectations well after the paperwork had been signed and we left the dealership. More than fair trade in amount, great price on the new vehicle, and still understand the importance of being willing to SELL a car, not just stick a price on a window and wait at a desk. 10/10, 5⭐️, and a firm handshake. Things went pretty well. I dealt with Justin B in sales and he was awesome. I liked his no BS attitude, it matched how I like to do business. Ed Sheeran (Frank) could have agreed to my offer instead of pulling a few more bucks out of me, but he was just doing his job and I understand that. The whole time I was there I was treated well and respectfully. I was pretty lucky that my leasing deal was pretty straightforward and I hope to do business with everyone again in 3 years when my lease is up.

Very nice people but continuously does not complete processes as they are supposed to very lacking in the quality control area. Without a doubt every single time I bring my car there is something they either did not do or did not do correctly very frustrating me to find another Nissan dealership. I need to have a manager QC the vehicles that are completed to verify that everything has been done in its entirety, inclusive of the cleaning of the vehicle as they promised.

My wife's car had a complimentary oil change done thanks to the Customer Appreciation Month at Nissan at Orange Park. I like the way the service technician sends a video inspection of your car via email. He thoroughly went through his inspection from back to front covering the tail lights, tire threads, brake pads, windshield wipers. Then, looked under the hood with inspection of hoses, air filter, and any recommendations needed. Lastly, car was put on a lift and inspected underneath the car before starting the oil change. Very unsatisfied with this dealership. I brought in vehicle for a Nissan for a ABS problem only to be told after that they didn't not have the machine to figuare out the issue! I was shocked to say the least. I then asked why not ? They said my vehicle was to old and that they machine was to much money to buy for the older vehicle ..he stated it was 10k. Like that was my problem!! Any way they ended up charging me for something I didn't even bring it for. Needless to say the light and problem still exist. I bought this vehicle brand new from Nissan who just lost my business for

Absolutely terrible service every single time I go to this dealership, especially with Chris at the counter. He is so terrible and doesn't care about customer quality service or being honest with you.They came and told me that one of my parts needed to be changed due to "rust" when it was perfectly fine and i found that out later on after the service was done so i had to pay. This dealership has done this to me in the past before as well, they say something needs to be "fixed" when its perfectly fine just for commission while trying to be sneaky about it. I wish people

Had an appointment to get an oil change which was included in the purchase of my new vehicle. After two hours, marshal who checked me in informed me they "had a bigger project" ahead of me and had yet to start my oil change. He told me I could leave if I wanted. Well, I arranged my day off around getting my oil change so I could go out of town, and I live 30 min away so of course I stay. Takes an additional 45 minutes and my car comes out unwashed and un detailed, which was also supposed to be included in my purchase. When I asked about it, Marshal told me I "threw an attitude"

They checked me in with a tablet when I first drove into their service center. I didn't even have to walk into the office. They explained everything they were going to do. They told me I would receive a text message so that I could communicate with the advisor. I received a video with the mechanic explaining everything that was wrong with my car via email. There was no additional cost for this. They also sent me an email with a quote several hours later. I decided to only pay for the oil change which was approximately $40. My wife still takes her Rogue here for scheduled maintenance- She still complains about the wait time for an oil change though. Ever since the Fuccillo Automotive Group auto group took over this dealership they wash your vehicle after most service which I think should be done at every dealership as we were spoiled when we use to service our vehicles at Honda but now we are all Nissan.

I purchased a new Maxima and had to take it here for service since the seat was making a noise. It was covered under warranty and since I was on a tight schedule I made an appointment to come back a week later.

First I was haggled to test drive a car and wasn't even offered to test drive it on the actual road. I test drive it around the lot. The purchasing process took hours upon hours. Got the car the and they had lost crucial paperwork. Had to go back up to the dealer wait and wait to sign papers that I had already signed. Charles the finance manager had the worst attitude. Finally got the paper work completed after being threaded that if I didn't then they would take my temporary tags. Charles also made an error on the paperwork about my tag which costed me $200 extra.
