All produce is carefully selected from Farmers' markets and prepared fresh to order for your event or function. Gwynne Marshall began cooking at a very young age. She made it her career in the 1990's working for large catering companies and private party venues in New York as well as in East Hampton during the summer seasons.

Gwynne's team provides wonderfully tasty food options that look beautiful, too. With the profusion of different dietary needs that one's guests might have today, it's great to know that there's a catering company that can manage pretty much anything and give you great food to boot.
