Just started Krav Maga two weeks ago, and I have to say it's one of my favorite things to look forward to at the end of my work days. I'm finally getting in shape which is long overdue. The instructor I've had since I started has been fantastic at showing exactly how to do everything, and is very accommodating. I've never sweat this much in my life and I love every minute of it. If you want to get in shape and learn self defense, I highly recommend this place.

Connecticut Krav Maga is a great place to go to for a fantastic work out and to learn practical and very effective self defense techniques. I've been training there for almost 2 years, the instructors are extremely supportive and knowledgeable and they're great at driving you to go a step further! Come check it out, you'll love it!

The trainers are very professional and make sweating your a-- off fun! They recognize that everyone has their own fitness level and dont make you feel horrible if you cant do every drill, they dont embarass you either, instead they work with you until you can. The facility is very clean, well ventilated, and easily accessible. The classes are offered at very reasonable times. My son and I look forward to every class and have such a good time, even though we know we will be sore for a few days. The classes are an excellent workout and the techniques they train us on are all relevant to real world
