Lived here for a year had some crazy experiences, my first negative experience was shortly after I had moved in. Got off work came home and the apartment was 88°, called the maintenance guy because the AC was not working, he told me that we did not have any AC. It made me upset because they did not tell me this before I moved in. Everybody on the 2nd floor has AC it doesnt seem to make a whole lot of sence and seemed unfair. Had to go out and buy a window unit, then my other negative experience here would be the lady in the office that you pay rent to is hard to get a hold of because she comes

From my experience after living here for 1 year I have realized how unprofessional and corrupted this place really is. My most important memory was there was a situation with our lease expiring. The office lady/ owner does not communicate well with the maintenance man. It all started when my family and I were sitting at home, then we heard somebody violently beating on our door than the beating started on our window, the maintenance man was unprofessionaly yelling give us our money, you owe us rent money. We left the door unlocked and the maintenance guy walked right in without permission or a
