Critical: Professionalism
Allow you to pay application fees and than tell you that they can't rent to you or that they have a double deposit for pets with out disclosing that before you pay them. Just out to take ad much money from people when they know that they can not pay 7000 dollars to move into a home!!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT RENTAL COMPANY / SHADY
We had a very bad experience with this company and are so embarrassed for them!
We had done a FaceTime walkthrough of the rental as we lived in another state and couldn’t do a physical walk through and were told that the one car garage would work and would be getting fixed if we chose to move in (which having a one car garage was absolutely necessary for us). So we decided to go with the place and gave them a $2,000 deposit (they doubled the deposit because of our car) for a $1000 rental. They called all of our references and asked very inappropriate

Been applying to homes for rent but they seem to take your application money and not consider you for any other units available when specified to let me know. They keep posting houses for rent but they seem to lack Communication. Probably glad I don't go with them they missed out on a professional tenant

Debizel is a great rental company to work with. They were very helpful when I was looking for a rental and extremely professional. They walked me through every expectation on the lease and made sure that I had a clear understanding. The manager was very thorough when I did the application process and pleasant to work with. They really care about their tenants and their properties. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

If I could, I would give them a (-5 Stars)! As this is a Very Shady and Dishonest Company! They wanted a lot of reference s to check with and then they proceeded to interrogate each and everyone! They called all our, Personal References, Employers, and our last 4 Rental Property asking a bunch of Very Illegal and highly Unprofessional questions like; do they pay their bills, do they always have a job, how clean is there house, etc... Now remember these are our personal references and employers, not just the last realtor we used! I have a very stable and high paying career and make more then their

I rented from Debizel for almost 3 years and was a great experience until I moved out. I was charged $610 for damages and only about $100 of that was justified; even then they could have told me about the missing light bulb and smoke alarm and I would have put it back up. The other items I was charged for were no fault of my own. For example all the closet doors in the house frequently popped off the hinges due to poor design, which maintenance even admitted. Rather than do a maintenance request every time, I fixed them every few weeks with the exception of one that I just couldn't get and

As a property owner who has worked with dpms I can't say enough good about these folks. They have been competent, professional, and a joy to work with. They have made this process a pleasure for me. I self managed one rental for 15 years, and was ready to quit. We acquired another rental which we placed with them. I can only say I wish we had done it from the begining. They have made the whole process ok.

We rented a property from Debizel for 4 years. Other than a couple of minor miscommunications on ours and their part during that time frame we resided at that property, we still found them to be very professional and responsive whenever we needed them. They communicated clearly on any additional charges and what the expectations were when we moved in, while we were there, and when we moved out to avoid any of those additional charges.
They were very fair while residing at the property and we received our full deposit when we left, along with a professional letter of reference as a tenant.

This company is excellent. I looked at the other two reviews and see the first one is from someone who didn't qualify and she's blaming the messenger. The second one is from a homeowner who obviously didn't understand that turning your home into a rental property requires investment. The main thing you need from a rental company if you're an owner is that they have systems in place to put good people in your property, transparent reporting and keeping the property in good condition. As a homeowner who used this company to manage my home I would never used them again. We fired them due to the fact they kept charging us outrageous costs for "repairs" using their repair guy even though we had a full home inspection 8 months earlier. Also our renters took off and we were never contacted by this company. We only received a letter almost a month letter with no rent check!!! They didn't even re-rent the home! It stayed empty over a month until we too it back over to manage. Homeowners please be aware this is not an honest company based on my dealing with them

When we first stumbled upon Debizel, we thought we had finally found a good rental management. They worked with our schedules to get things signed and moved in. However it wasn't until we informed them a year later we were relocating to a new town, that we began to have issues. They began charging us for maintenance issues we had no knowledge of; our downstairs neighbor called about a few things.
