Rimrock Property Management was a great to company to rent from! It was easy to schedule maintenance and they were always prompt in sending someone for repairs. They were also great when it came to moving out of our rental and didn't try to keep our entire deposit by nitpicking every ding or scratch. I would highly recommend renting from them!

Rimrock Property Management is a full service property management company with great contractors and providers of services to keep my property in Billings maintained. The best. Tim and Rhona ( the owners ) are awesome and did their best to address any special concerns with me prior to moving in to the property. I have allergies and could not tolerate paint fumes and they made sure the property I was going to move in gets painted asap while it was still vacant so the paint had time to cure and dry. I had many hiccups and change of plan moving across the country and they did every they could to accommodate. I left the property super clean upon moving out and deposit was returned in full and in a timely manner, which is amazing and really refreshing. I mean, I

Rented from these people for 4 years, absolutely the best landlords I've had in over 20 years of renting. Honest, reliable, friendly, great people. Tim & Rhona are so easy to work with- they are nothing like any of the horror stories you hear about other property management companies. I have rented for a while now from this company. They do a wonderful job of addressing any need that I may have fairly immediately. The place I live is very well maintained. I have had no problems I didn't think were validated or quickly fixed through this company. The owners and their staff are a pleasure to work with. If I ever move houses I would choose to rent from Rimrock Property Management again.
